My 21 month old Newf, Hazel just started having seizures. She had 5 over a weekend, three before we could get her to an Emergeny Clinic, once on the hour drive there and again at their office. It will be two weeks on Monday and so far so good, she hasn't had any more on the medication. She is not active yet like Tippo. I am hoping that her meds will be adjusted next week and she will get more life back.

Our bernese mountain dog also have epilepsy :-( In january he had 3 seizures in one hour. So hard to watch knowing you can't do anything for him ......

@utilizator333 I have one since I was 7, and she has never bitten me or anyone or done anything aggressive. I had another dog, was a mixture of German shepherd and another race, and that was more aggressive, but did nothing agressive. I think it's the personality of each dog, but all the dogs I have had, particularly, have never been aggressive. And in the future, if I had a son, I would have another Newfoundland.
