I cannot believe what developers think their properties are worth. Even though Phuket is expensive, and goodness knows why as it's completely overdeveloped, $1.2M (40+M Baht) for this claustrophobic villa with views of walls or the pool if you're lucky, but then you lose any privacy, shoehorned into the development cheek by jowl with your neighbours is ludicrous.

Sorry it's well over priced and the layout is terrible, I have seen much better with sea views for less than half the price they are asking for.
