This set is still available on Amazon, minus the zip bags. I recently purchased it. It does have the sponge applicators. I’m in process of swatching mine. So far, I LOVE them! I enjoyed your video. These will save me a lot of money. Well worth the money!❤️❤️
@@Kyairralatyra I went to the link and my set was like 23 bucks so I'm mad too.. I love them as well I've only gotten to use them a few times but great video you've got the perfect voice for doing that
@@Kyairralatyra I look forward to seeing your videos of course I subbed.. pigment powders and cat eye gels are my favorites sometimes stamping with pigments is fun and messy 😂.. I just got interested doing my nails maybe 2yrs ago so I'm still learning all the different things.. but I definitely look forward to watching 🥰.. best wishes 💞
The end of the video I state and it shows me applying top coat to all of them and putting them in the lamp. The product will not stay without the top coat.
@@Kyairralatyra of course! I mean before the powder. Chrome powders need to be applyed on top of a product that is not sticky in order to look mirrory, but your came out beautifully nontheless!
@@Kyairralatyrathat's very strange because all chrome powders work well on no-wipe products and it also says so in the instructions 🤔 Did you use a no-wipe black underneath?
How long did u cure it? I just bought this. And what gel polish did u use? I'm having a hard time w this nail stuff. I do my own nails w kiss glue on nails
Hey! I use beetles gel Polish I use the base coat for the chrome powders and then cure for 30 seconds and add top coat and cure for 60 seconds. You can use any base coat and top coat of your choosing that’s just the one I prefer and work with currently! I also used a beetles black gel Polish as well cure for 30 seconds between each coat as well
@@Kyairralatyra do you apply your pigments to the base coat ? I just heard someone saying that is how they used the extra base coat she has.. but I wanted to ask you before trying it..
@jenpierce2385 so I have done it both ways I find it pops more with the black base and I also find that sometimes the black base isn’t sticky enough so I have to use extra top coat but it can definitely be done both ways. If you have any practice tips you can try it before making a final decision
@@Kyairralatyra ok I had someone mention after putting her colored base that she uses clear gel base bc I guess she has extra.. is that something that would work out do you think 🤔.. I have a few extra of the regular clear base coat that have come in a few gel polish sets that's why I was curious.. I usually hear most directions saying to rub it in to the no wipe topcoat.. and since base coat usually stays pretty sticky I was wondering if it would mess with the way the powder should appear

They definitely are! I still have mine and they’re still good!
Tried it on a shy blue color and I am obsessed! Gorgeous!
I’m glad you love it! They’re really good chrome powders!
Great video I bought a set from Artdone but it came with a base, black, and no wipe topcoat.. 💕
I purchased the same set about a month ago. I'm going to try them today.
I definitely loved them and they were easy to use! Unfortunately mine didn’t come with the extras so I’m jealous lol

Beautiful
Have you tried/swatched mica powders? I bought a set of 48 from Amazon to try.
I used to mix them in my acrylics a while back and they worked perfectly but I’ve never tried them as chrome powders
@@Kyairralatyra, I did purple, green, and gold swatches for Mardi Gras. Came out perfect!
I have tried this powder several time. It’s just comes right off, what am I doing wrong?
It comes right off once you apply it?
What do you recommend for like Aurora Chamaeleon chrome powder
I’m not sure I understand are you wanting to do an aura effect and wanting to know which powder combo I would recommend?
Hi! The instructions say you should apply a no wipe top coat, but I didn't see you apply it! Why is that? Did you use a no-wipe black gel polish?

Yes that’s if you’re going for a mirror effect if you’re not you don’t have to complete that step
Still the no wipe coat can’t but cured completely for it to turn out correctly
@@Kyairralatyra yes I've experienced that undercuring it a little bit makes the powder more pigmented
Can you get the nail polish at the dollar store?
I have not tried it but it may potentially work as long as it has a sticky surface
It should not have a sticky layer in order to work correctly
@@d.on.in.a this set that I am using does I have tried it without and it has not worked for me most gel polishes I have, have a tacky layer to them.
