I am so glad your channel was recommended to me via YT! I have sewn for many years off and on, entering an "on" phase now. I find myself nodding in agreement with your videos! All good reminders for me. Can't wait to get my 1955 Pfaff busy!
I hope you feel better! You did an epic job! I can't believe you did a 20 min video (with editing etc). I appreciate all the new companies I have not hear of before. Thanks from Los Angeles!
These are my favorite videos that you put out for us ....... So I thank you for thinking of the sewing community who love a free pattern. But 10 free patterns is completely awesomeness ! A big genuine hug from across the pond and a trek up the rocky mountain states into Yellowstone country and big skies as blue and as stunning as you can possibly imagine (I ❤️ Montana) hehe 👀🌺🇺🇲🌼💯
I cannot begin to tell you how completely grateful I am to you for this wonderful set of patterns you are giving me!! I can finally make myself some nice wardrobe pieces that will actually fit and look fabulous. 💙 💐
Just found you and subscribed! I have thoroughly enjoyed your videos I’ve watched so far. Not only informative but entertaining as well. You’re funny! Thank you so much!
@@AmyNicoleStudio i will definitely use your hashtag when I make it (probably in August), and I have the best brown pleated pleather maxi skirt to wear it with. 😍
Another fab video Claire!! I have made several of the Frances tops for our last summer down here in NZ and they are such a delight to wear. I greatly appreciate the heads up about the George and Ginger top, what a stunner that is, and something quite different. Hope you are recovered soon from your bronchitis 😌✂️🪡🧵🇳🇿
Thanks Pam. This is the third video this week so do check out the others if you haven’t seen them. I intend (fingers crossed!) to post every other day for the whole of July so you’ll see a lot more of me!
I work in a bigbox fabric store and face many questions that I cannot always answer. Love the positive outlook you have and humor. Will definitely pass on the channel to my ladies. The free patterns sites are great as I have been dwindling into that while on lockdown. All the best!
I love these free patterns, I have developed a library of patterns and images that I can scroll through and have started to hack them to create the looks I find where free pattern aren’t available. It’s great to find new resources and I usually end up buying the odd pattern from them too. Thanks Claire x
Great video, thanks so much for your hard work. I’ve never made anything for a man but considering that polo top pattern for hubby’s birthday coming up. (Nice top and hair colour, suits you well) Hope you’re feeling better.
Great picks. Thanks. Several tempt me. The York may be good for showing off a large print in my stash. ... as the design wouldn't be interrupted by seams etc.
I like high rise and full bum coverage for my knickers. I totally get your lack of urge to tapr 60 pages of a pdf! Me too!!! Hope you got some help not just a diagnosis for bronchitis. Thank you very much!
Thank you for yet another free pattern video. I have downloaded some of these patterns but as yet I have not made any. I will have a chance soon to get in and get some made. I have the peppermint pattern, wrap skirt, how does this one compere? Do I need both? Please let me know because I love a nice wrap skirt and have made the peppermint one a few times now and really like it. Regards Christine 🙋♀️🙋♀️🇦🇺👍🏻👌👗👖👕
You're so wonderful. I just found you on RUclips. I'm a size 18 (store bought) and it seems like nothing fits right. Now, I can sew some new clothes! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
Those are some cute patterns. Hope you feel better from your bronchitis. Hubby & I had it back in May and it was pretty rough. I’m little bummed right now. I’m not doing a lot of sewing right now as next Friday I’ll be having surgery for a knee replacement. I don’t know when I will feel comfortable enough to sew & cut patterns. I am taking a pair of pants apart and do hope to get corrections done & maybe baste together. Hopefully I won’t forget a lot that I’ve learned.
I like bralets to fill in too low neck lines or to use instead of tank tops under jumpers or overalls ( I don't know what the UK word for a jumper is. I know that is the word for what we call sweaters). FYI, I have always called knickers panties or underpants though I know what knickers are.
I'm glad to hear that you don't have the corona virus and you only have bronchitis, who would have ever thought there would be an only in front of that?? Hopefully you're taking antibiotics and you get rid of it quickly. I think you need to make your hubby a new polo don't you? Thanks for the time you take to find these for those who need them. Personally I do the knickers just the way you showed in your one video, as a matter of fact I am working on 5 pairs as I write. I have that bralette pattern I was just looking at it yesterday but I haven't made it probably won't, I'm making the 25k bralette from Rad patterns instead hopefully it will turn out alright.
Hi so glad to see you back! I'm sorry to hear you've had bronchitis. I really enjoy your videos and you are just so matter of fact about everything which I appreciate. I do love a good free pattern. My favourite from this selection is the Charlotte dress. It looks really flattering and I can see loads of ways to hack it as well. Thanks for sharing. I hope you feel better very soon 😊

Fantastic! I'm so glad I found you. "Some of us will need bigger scraps then others..." ah yes, we do.
Love that first crop top with the back buttons. It is FAB! 👓👓👓💙
I love to watch your videos because I am a plus size girl and you have many plus size patterns that I can relate to. Keep up the great work.
Hi Carol, not sure if you’ve seen my recent videos but I’m no longer posting sewing content.
I hope you feel better! You did an epic job! I can't believe you did a 20 min video (with editing etc). I appreciate all the new companies I have not hear of before. Thanks from Los Angeles!
Thanks!! I love these videos, you always find fantastic free patterns on the internet. Thanks for sharing
Love your videos, you made me laugh out loud at your comment 'some will need bigger scraps than others' on the bralette review 😂😂
Lol it’s true esp for me lol 😂

I sew for my mental health, mainly bags and toys but you are constantly helping me build up confidence to make a garment. Love all your videos xxxx
That’s great to hear! You can do it!
Excellent content as always!
Love you Claire!! Great video. I hope you feel better fast.
Thanks, Claire. Always nice to see some of the free patterns that are out there. Hope you are feeling better!
Pretty much back to normal, thank you!
Talking about bust sizes..for years I've been wearing 34b bra, only to find I'm a 32dd after properly measuring myself according to my age!!
I cannot begin to tell you how completely grateful I am to you for this wonderful set of patterns you are giving me!! I can finally make myself some nice wardrobe pieces that will actually fit and look fabulous. 💙 💐
That makes me so happy to hear! Check out my other free sewing pattern videos too, there’s a playlist in my description
@@Penguinandpear I shall do that. Again, thank you and God bless you!
These are wonderful! I’ve gotta build a knit fabric stash so I can make some of the cute knit things that keep coming up!
Thanks for the free patterns. I liked all of the. Also, knickers are called panties in the US.
Absolutely love that you gather all of these patterns for us. You're awesome!
"But other than that, I wouldn't change it at all" - LOL - great collection, thanks for putting these together!
Wrap around skirts are where I started sewing when I was 10. By 13 I was sewing all my school clothes. My poor home economics teacher. LOL
Omg! Love the wrap dress!

Always good to see whats out there, but I'm also getting tired of printing and taping those patterns!
I know how you feel. Have a look for companies locally that do large format printing. You might find an architect office or similar that will do it.
Thank you. I so enjoy your videos.
Thank you!

If you could please keep the camera a bit more on the patterns as you describe them that would be so helpful. Thank you; feel better.
You can pause the video if you need to. The video is fast paced because that’s how people like it.
Check out the links to the patterns in the description box. You can inspect them closely that way.
Lovely, lovely selection, thank you!!
