im 53 years old and I do 200 pushups a day for the past 6 months sometimes 250 and pull ups im 5'8" 167 lbs and Im doing home workout to get ready for the gym and I eat mostly whole foods no sugar and no processed foods my only thing is I needs my abs to show a little more so I say by the time my birthday comes around which is July 3rd I should be jacked
Have been doing calisthenics! Trying to get more skills like doing muscle-ups, planche push ups, handstand push ups and all. Its been a good journey so far, so no excuses to not get in shapes! I dont even have a pull up bar and i use the tree at my backyard!

Benching triple plates but for some odd reason, my mass and size aint putting on as fast. What would you recommend? It aint diet as im clean and eat right and cannot add more lol or I will loose the physique. What did you do for mass ( especially if your working out with free weights or calisthenics or a bench)

No other choice but to eat more, make variations of exercises harder, at weight to the exercises
Your reps may not be high enough. But yes, also diet needs to be efficient as well.
