Steph's Packed Lunch: Transmission Error 18-Jan-2023

To mark the final edition of Steph's Packed Lunch, a boo-boo that occurred earlier in 2023.
On Wednesday 18 January 2023, the Channel 4 daytime magazine show hosted by Steph McGovern was proceeding as usual. That is, until someone in the production gallery pressed the wrong button and, instead of starting the Bosch Tassimo sponsorship bumper, switched back to the studios in Leeds, with Steph and co. setting up the cameras and the next item, about customising wheelie-bins.
Luckily, Ms McGovern was on the ball, and had seen the incident go out on the transmission monitor, so was able to quickly apologise for the cock-up and crack a quick joke on the side, concerning the moment the previous day when someone stuck a mobile phone behind the scenery of Match of the Day the previous day and blasted out the sound from a pornographic video over Gary Lineker's summary of the Liverpool v Wolverhampton Wanderers game being broadcast live on BBC1.
The sort of thing that makes you glad of live TV sometimes!
