    Wow, I’ve been doing your routines for something like a week but haven’t done any Pilates before. You make this look so easy, but it’s anything but! I can see this is really great for strength and balance both of which I need work on. I did what I could, and I’m sure I’ll get better over time. Whew, now THAT was a workout! 😮

    Core day, did a 2 year old stability ball workout which was really really good then found this floor pilates, what a great 2fer combo!! More floor pilates please, I love all of them!!

    Loved this video. I have been doing one of your videos almost every day - the variety of your videos makes it very easy to mix it up - never get bored. I am finding that I am having a little easier time getting up from a crouched position. You know the old senior complaint "Getting down isn't too hard, it's getting back up." I really think your videos are helping me build lower body strength that makes getting up and down easier! Yeah! Thank you!

    I made it through about 90% of this. I may or may not have just laid on the floor when you said to go half way back & do knee drives 😂. Hopefully I'll be strong enough to do this one eventually. Great variety of ab work in your videos.

    As always, I love the continued variety of challenges you provide. I found I'm seriously challenged to perform the stretch that starts on your knees with one leg extended to the side, then you instruct us to put hands behind head and bend body sideways for the obliques. The challenge for me is when you continue on to balancing on one knee and one hand, then doing crunches to the opposite knee with the opposite elbow. My question is are there a set of appropriate moves to strengthen those muscles involved to perform that move as effortlessly as it seems you do. Thanks again!

      Great question Tanya! Two different things you can try: 1. You can do this "bird-dog" exercise in a standing position facing a wall for support. This will make it easier to balance. 2. try just lifting one limb at a time if you are in the traditional hands and knees position. Once you get stronger you can add in the other arm or leg.

    Just did this workout and it was another great one! I have done quite a few of your workouts now, in fact I try to do one 4-5 times a week. I really like your 10 min mix and match. I'd love another 10 min legs/butt for some variety. I am feeling stronger and more toned. Thank you so much for all your creative workouts!!     Excellent workout! Do you have any tips for neck tension while doing the series at 13:42? I don’t have any neck problems, just holding in that position was a little difficult.

      Yes! just tuck your chin. Some people tend to hang their head back in this position. If you look slightly down it will take the pressure off your neck. Hope that helps!

      Thanks Claudia! There are a few bending and twisting movements you would be advised against (such as the move in the thumbnail picture).     This is great, but I have to skip or try to modify all the crunch/spine-bending exercises because I have osteoporosis. Do you have any mat pilates videos that are osteoporosis safe? I have done your standing balance/posture with weights one that's osteoporosis - safe and it's excellent.

      Thank you Linda! At this time, I do not have a mat Pilates that is osteoporosis safe. It’s tricky because so much of Pilates involves rounding and twisting of the spine. I think I may do a standing Pilates that is osteoporosis safe in the future. I also just filmed another strength video that will be posted in about 2-3 weeks.

    Hi Lauren, How do you get your leg higher when you do the side leg lifts. I notice your leg goes above your hip joint. My leg goes slightly below the hip. I’m trying to lift out and up but the leg goes only so far. Thanks,Jeri

      That's okay Jeri! Everyone's body is different. I tend to be really flexible in my hips. As long as you are feeling it, you're doing it correctly :)

    Hi Lauren. I was diagnosed with Cervical spondylosis a few days ago. Will doing your workouts heal me?

      Hi Nicole, thanks for reaching out! As far as my knowledge goes, Cervical spondylosis can not be cured, and as certified fitness instructor, I can not make any claims that my workouts can heal anything. However, posture exercises (in a lot of my barre and pilates videos) can be very helpful with your condition. I hope that helps!

    I love this work out so much done in such a little amount of time. The music is a little too loud and annoying though would prefer without any music at all.

    Hi, because of my Carpal tunnel systom, am advised to keep my wrist in neutral, can I do the bird dog exercise by placing the hand on the mat in a tight fist position?

      Yes your hand in a fist works just fine if that is comfortable for you. For the back leg lift part it would work well if you lowered down to your elbows/forearms to take the pressure off your wrists.

    Thank you very much for all the exercises. They really help a lot. But I have also a complaint to make. Sometimes the music is even louder than your voice and this is disturbing. I prefer lessons without music or if it must be than something more silent. Thanks again.

      Yes, the mix seems be off in a few of my workouts, especially the older ones. I also have people comment that the music is too quiet. So it’s really difficult to make everyone happy. I appreciate the feedback.
