- I know I like to rag CCR for being a bunch of California boys singing about growing up in the deep south. I mean, that's the equivalent of me writing surfer songs. but, I do have a ton of respect for everything they've done, and I've always loved their music. I decided to shorten this one up a bit since it gets a little repetitious. Let me know what you think! Rock n' roll!

I have all the records, CDs and DVDs of them. :-) John Fogerty came just once to Sao Paulo, but I was there. I can say that was one of the best show of my life. Maybe the best was the first first time I went to the KISS concert in the early 80s. I wish I were born on the bayou !! :-) Thanks for this wonderful song !!!!!
