This was a tough listen and I really enjoy this podcast and love Broddus takes...I can't get over the Dak-splaining and never ending sense that he is some type of victim or being treated unfairly.
Yes, I'm willing to take my chances that we do not have a QB who doesn't show up in playoffs and big games. Yes, I'm willing to move past a QB that piles up stats in garbage time and is bottom-feeder on bad teams his entire career. Yes, I'm willing to take a chance that we have to find a new QB who can get us into the playoffs with this roster.
It's been eight years of the same crap and it's nauseating to hear these takes that we are somehow offending Dak because we don't get on our knees and thank God that he's leading us to regular season wins...I think it's been so long since we've won championships that the "standard" is now how our players do statistically instead of the only stat that matters, winning!

So pay Dak $60M, Cee Dee $30M, and Micah $35M =$125M per year for 3 players? - that’s half of your entire team budget. On 3 players. Player salaries have gone too far. They need to be rolled back or the team cap needs to be set at $300M with max amounts being set per position.
Dak is going into his 9th season. He’s been injured, he’s slowing down, he’s peaked. No player is worth $60M. That’s one quarter of the entire team cap. The NFL is headed for financial suicide.

QB costs a ton, that's how it goes unfortunately. Also, we would pay Dak 40 million to NOT PLAY for us next year. Is that worth the risk of resetting? Lance contract lines up with Dak, so he either isn't good or if he turns out to be good he will ask for starter money
