The judge cut him off & she was excused so he couldn’t try to bully her anymore. He didn’t do it to the other male witness or to this officer. It’s easy to recognize him as a Domestic Abuser. He also drives where he wants, so when he started down that road, he is not gonna stop for anyone, not children nor grannies nor cops. He honked his horn and when they didn’t vacate the road he wanted to drive on, he simply ran them over. I'm watching the defendant very carefully here--notice he's fidgeting as if he's tapping his foot impatiently, and whereas when he's speaking his eyebrows are up high, in this clip his eyebrows are a lot lower. Those are clear signs of anxiety and aggression--and if he's behaving this way in court, imagine what he does when he's elsewhere. I don't think he realized there was such clear evidence against him, and I do think it's beginning to dawn on him just how ironclad the case against him really is.
