So, I gave this a shot at level 24, after killing all 5 or 6 Nekkers per spawn. I am only getting about 85 to 110 XP. Once I hit 25 the ex dropped to 65 to 95 roughly. I think this would work best for farming lvls 10-20 maybe 25, but after that, it would take about an hour to lvl. Then longer and longer every time you lvled up. Nice little farm spot though.

If I level up fast even though I am at the beginning of the game, do the enemies become stronger ?

No they don’t, their is an option to upscale the enemies to your level in game.
