Just forwarded your channel to my wife, she'll be ordering a cow shirt soon 😊 To help with the sinew tying, it might be worth looking up the Canadian Jam Knot, and maybe using a Marlin Spike Hitch on the trailing end to hold a toggle to pull on. Both are very easy to tie and remember, and could make tightening the sinew a lot easier. Some other options that might be worth considering are wire clamps (thick, bare wire twist ties), castration bands (inexpensive, tight rubber bands used on farms with livestock), reusable heavy duty zip ties (like the ones used in plastic handcuffs), or circular hose clamps that can be tightened with a screw driver.
