28yrs ago...the TweezerFreezer Spectrum was an arctic and windy tailgate, and theme carried into the show. No zombie machines, electronic teddy bears, or internet live bloggers sapping crowd energy, weighing their reactions on how long or rare the song choice. Pierre Robert, the amazing Philly DJ legend, with the chess move. So much energy and fire to the band back then...because not as many demanded or wanted or encouraged a diluted product full of side project songs for the sake of a new jambands article or notch in the setlist belt. Thankfully this recording exists!
