      1 minute for beginners, 3 minutes for intermediate, 5 minutes for advanced

    Can someone (42 years and healthy) who had a heart attack and had to put a stent on 6.5 years back do head stand.

    I am practicing with wall support from 15 days how many days it will take to do without wall

      Best is you learn with an actual Sivananda trained teacher that can help you find balance without using a wall. Also try coming up an down from half headstand to knees up a few times to work on balance.

      Do not practice with any support , always try to do without any wall support , if you really need you can keep some one for the protection
