@ 10:38, He misstated their Headquarters as Nampa, Utah and me being an Idaho resident, my jaw dropped. . No such place. It is Nampa, Idaho. Caracal USA 8600 Birch Ln, Nampa, ID. Outside of that his review is spot on as usual and great information!😁
I'm sure this gun is reliable, reasonably accurate, and somewhat ergonomic. Just like any other pistol from the big name handgun makers. It's a crowded market, and I don't really see anything new this brings. not hating on it, just sayin.
glad they are back in the market, i had a Caracal F Quick Sight and it had a great trigger and feel. i was kind of sad when i had to return it due to the recall. however whole recall process was actually very smooth, they gave me a refund very quickly and i was sad to see it go
More GREAT content. The low bore axis and the enhanced sighting fascinate me. I'm getting older and the smaller, snappier 9's are getting harder for me to hang on to, due to arthritis. Anything that can help me maintain a more defensive caliber is a win in my book. Love your channel, Team Sootch.
I loved my original Model C. Even after returning, due to recall, I kept the two mags thinking one day they would reintroduce and I would have two extra mags. Unfortunately that never happened and time went on. Nowadays I love using red dots so if Caracal wants my biz better figure out a way to have optics cut.
Hey Mr sootch,,,,,one can't get too excited about ANOTHER POLYMER HANDGUN,,,,,BUT YOU made it interesting & worth the 28min watch time! Thank Y'ALL & GOD BLESS AMERICA :)
I placed a larger Order yesterday on Buds. Noticed today that they cancelled my order yesterday the same day I placed it. I called them and spoke with their supervisor asking why they cancelled my order. The guy said they felt uncomfortable with my order so it was cancelled. It didn't make any sense to me in the slightest. I asked if it was because the order total was $3,600? He said no its not the price or what you ordered or you he said that the order made them feel uncomfortable. All I ordered was a small amount of ammo, some magazines for my AK, 10/22 and AR15, along with some magpul grips and accessories. That was my first order with buds. Definitely will be the last. The Supervisor said on the phone that I am blocked from placing orders with them. Still not giving me a reason why. I never had this issue with any other company before. I have been buying guns since i was old enough never had an issue with anything. Buds has gone Communist I'm afraid. I still didn't get my refund yet. This is crazy. Buds is Crazy. The worse people/company I've ever stumbled across. Screw Buds they are very rude and commy.
Yeah, they are many other reputable companies out there. I did place a few orders with them, and it was okay, but there is something about them that makes me stay away!!!!
I don't shop at Cabelas anymore. I went in to buy a gun and they took a look at my license and said I couldn't buy a firearm. When asked why, they stated that it is because "road, or street, or avenue" was not listed after my address. They then asked if I wanted to speak with their ATF compliance manager. Guy came out of the back escorted by 3 security personnel. I explained that I have never had such an issue buying a gun. He says "well you haven't bought one here". I replied "nor will I ever".
They are currently available in many online retailers as well as through distribution to your local Dealer. The Enhanced F pistols are no longer imported and are made right here in the USA!
Quick and up close shoots should be point shoots. I call it looking above and beyond the firearm. This helps to offset tunnel vision which is natural under stressful situations.
Can this be compared to the cz models? I think it was the 70’s that cz came up with a low bore axis and full length rails. I can only assume Many viewers would like a comparison between the two.
Sootch gives the brochure review of firearms. Full of information and focuses on what is does right or interesting. It’s up to the quality of the gun to determine how in depth review it produces. He makes no frills to “build it up” into something it isn’t but won’t keeps relationships “classy” but not emphasizing its shortcomings. He does mention it occasionally but doesn’t harp on it.
Interesting firearm. If a guy were to do very many complete takedowns I suspect the dings around the pin hole for the spring retention would take on it's own texture. You gave it it's first little ding. The manufacturer would do well to provide a slight recess in the pin. I like the concept, not so much the baseline model with it's trigger and other little annoyances. The next couple of gens might fix those.
I have the steyr m9 a1 and i would love to see a a versus battle between those two pistols and I won't lie I'm thinking about getting when I seen one on GunBroker and every time I see how flat it shoots really want one
It seems that polymer pistols that possess a chassis system tend to not have the same kind of great triggers you would find on those striker polymer pistols with a conventional frame to rail design. I do enjoy the concept of the chassis system as it gives the user but also aftermarket manufacturers ample of room to make new products for these pistols like TR1's frames for the Beretta APX series. To think of it, the APX is in my opinion a great comparison to the Caracal Enhanced series of pistols.
Hey Sootch00 saw you at the gathering, wanted to say hi but didn't (social anxiety etc...) anyways nice to see you there! Long time subscriber let me know the next event your going to and I'll try to Say hello in person next time! 😊
Hard to completely tell from the video, but is the front sight staked? If so, that's odd. For not being a "budget" offering, I think it's strange they didn't immediately go with an optic mounting solution as well.
Sorry, "F" designation already taken. Plus points for the long slide rails. Looks like a red headed stepchild of CZ, Steyr and FN. A J C Whitney gun , a blah uninspired copy of common polymer gun features, Sig 320 chassis. The cut in the rear of the slide is a Coke bottle opener, or it can be used to grate cabbage for cole slaw when yer prepper camping. I'm glad my neighbors in Newington New Hampshire have employment. It must be an old storage room they rent out from Sig Sauer. Brand recognition counts for resale value. Poor reputation, poor track record to overcome. Too many other established makers out in the market place. Kudos to you Sootch on the complete disassembly. Really shows what its made of. Surprised the tube gods let you show this. And finally great, a bigger dingus trigger. 😢 Come back with a comparison of this gun and a Steyr M9 - A2 MF with its unique "trapezoidal" sight- same engineer? Sootch, thanks for the demonstration.
@@anthonys8947 It may be a great gun and I'm sure there are many happy owners. So much comes down to personal preference and ergonomics. I had a guy wander in the store once to look around. He spotted a Hi-Point Yeet Cannon on the shelf and went nuts. He was unapologetic about his love for Hi-Point and had to add the YC to his inventory. My thoughts? I'm glad we had one and super glad he found one he didn't have. It was his money and as long as he was happy with it my opinion didn't matter.
Please excusee if i don't get excited over yet another polymer framed, striker fired, 9mm full sized and compact pistol... the market is saturated with them.
I watched several videos on the early Caracals. Seemed like they were total garbage. I'd have to get one in my hand to know if I'm interested. That's why I've never bought a glock. They feel like I'm pointing it at my feet when the sights line up on target.
I always like your reviews and you do a great honest job. Just on first appearance it's a ugly gun and I know you like Glock but this gun I s just as ugly as a Glock. I have tried to like Glocks and tried to buy one once. Both if these are not for me. And you keep doing a great job.
My only problem with caracal pistols is finding a place to buy them. They say they’re in Idaho they head office in Utah why they’re not any guns like at Get Some guns or Impact guns to purchase in Utah?
Caracal Pistols are available to US Dealers through Kroll Corp. Distribution. and are currently available at many online retailers. If you have a preferred local dealer, they can get them in store with immediate shipping!
@proverbialmind_spread9421 there are plenty of striker fired pistols on the market. Everyone has to find what works for them. I've collected a few striker fired 9mms over the years. Some good, some bad. But I'm still going to try a new one.
This man never has any problem with any gun.
👍👍 way up
I think that he tests the gun before the record the vídeo, if the gun is bad he doesn't post it.
Yes, all the big channels are like that. The small channels that buy their own guns, always seem to find the problems.
because they pay him..
It's call editing and promotional purposes. In other words... money talks 😂

if its as reliable as the caracal c , ive fired over 10,000 rounds through without even a ftf , best gun ive ever had !
glad they are back in the market, i had a Caracal F Quick Sight and it had a great trigger and feel. i was kind of sad when i had to return it due to the recall. however whole recall process was actually very smooth, they gave me a refund very quickly and i was sad to see it go
Shot the first UAE versions many years ago.... Liked them a lot.... Unfortunately the recall came and I lost them from my radar.
Nice pistol. Love grip design and the two tone color
Thank you for sharing this video with us ❤
Good to see the review start only a minute into the video (verses almost three minutes into the video like the last one I viewed). Much improved❗️👍
Another excellent review!!
Thanks Brother!

Love your channel, Team Sootch.
Thanks Brother~ It's a great shooter with that low bore axis and chassis.
For one second I thought this was a CZ
I thought the same thing. I honestly believe it's a CZ with minor changes.
Caracal for….the big win!
Wilhelm Bubbits (Glock’s Chief Design Engineer’s) baby… I had one back in the day… trigger broke like GLASSSS…
I wanted one of these like 10 years ago
Awesome video nice gun thanks for sharing sootch00
Thanks for stopping by Tim!
You're welcome
This by far has to be one of the best no nonsense gun review. Gun maker should hire him as sales director and marketing imho.
Thank you very much, this is an excellently made pistol, I hope the class returns C

From Made in the UAE to Made in the USA, that's how you save a gun I guess.
They were made in Germany for a bit in between
They are made in Algeria
It looks like it is a good shooter. I would like to see a track record on this over time.
Hey Mr sootch,,,,,one can't get too excited about ANOTHER POLYMER HANDGUN,,,,,BUT YOU made it interesting & worth the 28min watch time! Thank Y'ALL & GOD BLESS AMERICA :)
There is no grammar that includes ",,,,,,". Ellipses are "...". Periods, not commas.
Definitely a top pick for any gun enthusiast looking for reliability and precision in their sidearm arsenal
The Arex Delta L Gen. 2 has a lower bore axis. Comes with 17 and 19 round mags.
The Arex Delta is a fantastic handgun. I'll have to compare the bore axis. Thanks Bob

Crazy stuff Hickok45 always recommends Buds. I won’t be ordering.

Buds always had very bad customer service and reviews in general.
Buds have been awful for decades
Question is, when will the compact version come back?
Es muy buena la explicacióne que es sobre
Armas.lo lindo que fuera traducido en español.e aprendí mucho Mario de Córdoba Argentina 😊
GOOD GUN
Greetings Sir. Excellent for the class. From Brazil. Military Veteran. Special Forces. And Police. Lawyer with 9 Postgraduate degrees.
Still happy with my Arex Delta M when it comes to striker fired pistols. And it cost a lot less.
I think more should be discussed about the double action mechanics. And the trade off.
I like the non standard sight
That's a heck of a flat shooter
Where did you find one of these? I missed grabbing one originally a few years back and have been always looking to see them get reimported.
They are currently available in many online retailers as well as through distribution to your local Dealer. The Enhanced F pistols are no longer imported and are made right here in the USA!
Nice gun but I cannot justify some of the prices for a striker fired guns.
Quick and up close shoots should be point shoots. I call it looking above and beyond the firearm. This helps to offset tunnel vision which is natural under stressful situations.
I can see the muzzle and its not raising much when you shoot. Kinda like the cz 75.
Low bore axis does that.
Going to stick with the strike one speed. Thanks for your great reviews....
Keep on going Don 💪🏽 🎯🔫🇺🇸
At 10:42 you said " made in Nampa, Utah." you meant "Nampa, Idaho." But no worries great review.
Oooh....Idaho produced? I am up in North Idaho and it surprises me how many awesome gun and ammo manufacturers are based in my state.
Yeah, I missed that. Thanks
'Caracal' is a wild cat.
Can this be compared to the cz models? I think it was the 70’s that cz came up with a low bore axis and full length rails. I can only assume Many viewers would like a comparison between the two.
I am much interested

This is the third attempt with this pistol. Hope it will have better luck this time.
Interesting firearm. If a guy were to do very many complete takedowns I suspect the dings around the pin hole for the spring retention would take on it's own texture. The Taurus TS9 is also a Bubit's design. Please review it!
Great!
✍🏻
Thanks my dear 👏
Why in the final shot is the trigger not reset on the fast sight version?
I have the steyr m9 a1 and i would love to see a a versus battle between those two pistols and I won't lie I'm thinking about getting when I seen one on GunBroker and every time I see how flat it shoots really want one
I think I would stick with my taurus ts9 i just wish i knew what sights Would be compatible with the t S9.
TS9 is amazing!! My respect for Taurus increased 10X because of this pistol.

wow , flat shooter, would be nice to see in a carry model, 3.5” barrel.
what does flat shooter mean?? i think thats just a term people use. i have never not seen a gun that dont shoot flat. kinda the thing with accuracy
Can you switch the slides from one to another and could you buy the slide from Carcal to see which slide works best ?
1.5 million subbing giveaway??
I had the original version model C with the quick sites. Really liked it but I got leery of it after it got recalled so I sold it.
The facility is in Nampa Idaho not Utah!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing.
Why doesn’t the trigger reset itself?
This would be cool in a pocket or sub compact size also 😮😮😮😮
Looks like a CZ P10F
Looks like a CZpo7 with the bore axis.obviously different being striker fired but looks similar. Flat shooting for sure.
You mean it looks like a cz P10

Can you check out the Rost Martin RM1C?
What is actually new ABOUT "low bore access" exactly??? Cz has it for years,,,or Dubai's dirhams r alot?
🇺🇸
Where can they be found to purchase?
They should be available from your FFL.
Does the recoil compare to the PX4 storm?
Nampa, Idaho 😊
oops 😱
“Made in newington NH"…….wonder if they poached some sig employees
Great employment opportunities for the citizens of New SigHampshire 👍
Wilcox produced these for Caracal in the US.

nice takedown.
❤👏👏👏👍buen video
I'd like to have it!
Is ok..Nice 🎉
Looks alot like the cz p-10
299.99 on cheaper than dirt ill try it for that price for sure
Looks like a fn or hk
Absolutely beautiful no Recoil
It says Made in USA
Why doesn’t everyone offer a low bore axis pistol.
Price in my area is $665, breakdown is a PITA, and it's Fugly as hell. Nope!
I quite like the look of it. But for the same price you could do better. They could've done better.

MSRP on the Enhanced F is $549.00
Cz p10 / glock 17
Nampa is in Idaho, not Utah.
I definitely wouldn't say the glock has a low bore axis.
Took them long enough to fix all the issues that caused the world wide recall!.
The American republic is falling faster than we could imagine, i think that is too late to fix it.
Wasn't this gun recalled in like 2011🤔
Please excusee if i don't get excited over yet another polymer framed, striker fired, 9mm full sized and compact pistol... the market is saturated with them.
