It is entirely possible to find pet safe dye, but considering they'd have to dye the fur directly around the eye, it could still be dangerous to the dogs.
I saw the pandas at the Smithsonian zoo. We kept hearing this loud snapping noise coming from the display and we saw that it was one of the pandas eating bamboo. The noise could be heard from a good distance.
Have you been to China? I bet not. I spent time therein Shanghai once, and Hong Kong twice. Their products are real, now let me ask you. Are there nonfake products in America? I know zoos are supposed to be educational so they shouldn’t trick people like this but legitimately I would go to a pet show where one of the contests or events was trying to pass dogs off as other animals.
I once paid $50 to get into a zoo in a chinese province, and there was only one animal in the whole zoo; it was a dog in a cage...it was a sh*tzoo! lol! 😂

People should think out of the box. When humans can have their hairs dyed and made into all kinds of shapes, and have their bodies tattooed and painted, what is wrong with dogs made to look like pandas? I call this creativity.
😂this is my local zoo, it's just a stupid marketing stunt, rumor said the zoo don't even own those dogs, they have to gave them back to the pet shop when the may day holiday ended.
Apparently the whole thing is a bit of a travesty, I read the details on the news and it's just a small local zoo who didn't have enough funds to keep expensive pandas and then made a gag out of dyed pet dogs, essentially he wasn't fraudulent because he did make nameplates to indicate that it was a dog masquerading as a panda.
True story: Years and years ago in Gaza, a donkey (in a zoo? can't remember) was painted/dyed as a zebra to give the kids there something to cheer them up. I was personally concerned about which type of dye/paint was used, but also heartbroken and touched by the gesture.
So... Dying the hair of two puppies isn't ok, because they had no say in it. But keeping all kinds of other animals captive and on display is not a problem? I am extremely critical of zoo keeping. But those puppies looked just fine. And whoever dyed them did a really good job.
I don't know why there's outrage when people do that all the time to their dogs here in the US. I don't like it either, but they're just as guilty as people here in the US.
lol why are you so pressed. It’s non permanent hair dye that is proven to be safe. There is nothing for the dogs to feel. They are perfectly safe and happy and have a lot of people looking out for them. My friend sometimes does this to her dog on Halloween and nothing bad has ever come out of it.
@@siobhannoble8545 no they had nameplates that showed that they're actually dogs lol it's a local zoo in China they borrowed the dyed puppies from another vendor.

I enjoy reading these brainless comments. As soon as anything involves China, it's always about this fake or that fake. This zoo has clearly stated in their introduction that these are dyed dogs, and the staff also explain that these are not pandas, as the zoo cannot afford the costs of keeping real pandas. Chinese tourists find this quite amusing. The tourists were not offended, but the China haters were.
Now we even have counterfeit pandas
Counterfeit itself gets counterfeited. Some historical counterfeits have become so valuable that cons make counterfeits of historical counterfeits.
@@mrxxbrian don't forget the documentary about the counterfeit chinese vases. The counterfeits are way better than the originals.

When you order a panda from Temu

More like Wish or Aliexpress
Ooh ooh temu
They’re having identity crisis now that their government convinced them they are not what they are naturally supposed to be. 😂😂😂😂

That might make a good fundraiser for a pet shelter.

At TEMU! lol
