Well in the face of a bigamy charge and a possible 7 year term.. Yul would have to deny his second marriage. However Prosecution has enough evidence to prove the bigamy case against Yul.
For it to be bigamy it means he conducted a civil marriage with Judy which he didn't. By law a customary marriage conducted after a civil one isn't valid.
