Hello and welcome to Basic Fishing from New Zealand. In this video, I showcase one of those rough and tough days of fishing in the form of surfcasting. Not every session is a success and I had a rough session out west where nothing big was hooking up but to make up for the day decided to head to the beach of the east coast to try and at least get something good. Beach fishing is never easy but can be rewarding when done correctly and with a bit of good timing

yea i recon the cold is changing the fish's behavior although due to the change of weather, the fish's behavior isn't the same as last years (from wat i've witnessed) might have to change a few tactics
