I’m excited to do this in early January!! I’ll be teaching kids how to read notes!!! They will LOVE this the first week back!!! I am the sort of long term substitute at my son’s charter school for homeschoolers and your ideas have really helped me! We did “Pass the Pumpkin” for Halloween week and although I did purchase Kaboom, we haven’t done it yet. This past week we did the Sleigh Ride cup song!! They loved it!!!! You are a gem of a teacher and I see you as my mentor. I didn’t go to music school, but I’ve taught in school as an independent contractor before, for 4 years doing ukuleles and singing. I’ve taught in preschools and done preschool music teaching and I’ve taught parent/child music classes for 10 years! I’m excited that my classes now are K-8.
