We stayed at APA Asakusa Kuramae hotel, a standard Business Hotel franchise in Tokyo you can find around Japan that offers clean simple rooms with adequate amenities. Located LESS than a minute walk away from the Sumida river, this is a great spot for getting some fresh air and taking in the unique views of Asakusa.
This hotel has an Onsen/Spa located on the 12th floor, amenities such as a vending machine, trouser press, ice machine and access to a washer and dryer. In your room, you also receive everything you need for a comfy night's stay, pyjamas are offered, as well as a yukata for use in the onsen, soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as daily cosmetics like q tips and even hair ties (which can be super useful for those of us with longer hair) Rooms come with Wi-fi and a large size TV.

My last hotel in Tokyo is the APA hotel in Shibuya. I'm trying a different variety of hotels on my second trip to Japan; the final one will be APA. I love how clean & efficient it always looks

Oh no sorry to hear that! We stayed at multiple APA’s in Tokyo and Osaka during our past couple trips and had a good experience each time. We found staying in less touristy areas might help too 🍮
Hi i want to ask,at the beginning of the video there are 2 check-in places, 1 that uses a QR code and the other one says checkin. but I didn't find the QR code on my booking, do I only use the machine that says check in?
If you don’t have a QR code you can input your confirmation number into the second machine! Or just ask staff for assistance they’re super friendly most of the time and have no issues finding your booking and checking you in too if you have your booking information or ID! they always have fresh and clean towels for you every night you stay with them delivered to your door without you lifting a finger! very nice hotel to stay in
Their quality deteriorated a bit as to that of a couple of years ago.

When I stayed in one of the APA hotels, it was around 7000-9000yen per night which is about $65-$80usd now
