Stayed at an APA in Adachi city and it was wonderful. The one in Hiroshima just a few hundred metres from the station was pretty run down. There is another APA across the river from the station which looks much more up to date, I’ve booked a room there in October.
I couldn’t care less that the owner is a kook - I love APA hotels. They’re always clean and well maintained. The sentos are nice. The staff are great and you can’t beat the price.
If you are of a chinese decent I would strongly urge not to stay at APA hotels. The owner is famous for his anti-asian speech and historical revisionism on Japanese massacre of Nanking during world war II. Why would you want to stay at hotels that do not welcome your people?
If you know the owner is anti Chinese and imperialist you will think twice. He is delusional saying Nanking massacre didn't happen. Every room there is a book on the owners opinion. I stop supporting them for a decade. There are similar or better hotels without agenda out there .
A few comments. Apa hotels are the worst . rooms are too small, and no way to control the AC. You describe the location to be near a station and next to a convenice store? Theis describes hundreds of other hotels. Thats not even the coolest. There are some hotel IN THE STATION, with a convenience store in the hotel lobby. That location of Apa isnt even centrally asakusa. Its in the far south of the asaksusa are. Lastly dont say “i swear to god” it offensive, and only girls say that.
@@Shinji4u there are 3 hotels just across the street that are much better than APA hotel asakusa hotel Ekimae. Hotel Wing, Tamayura hotel, and hotel livemax. All are MUCH better and in some cases cheeper too. For a little bit more, you can stay great hotels like, hotel gracery or Tobu hotel, which are better located than APA hotel ekimae.
I’m gonna be staying in Apa when I go next month. Can’t wait to experience this.
Thank you! This is the best video review!!!BEST!!!
I have the same location booked for next week! Thanks for the preview of the hotel.
Subscribed cus this is wholesome

Apa is my favorite
APA is incredibly cheap but quality feel. Rooms are small.
I stayed at the APA Hotel Iidabashi-Ekimae and i loved it. Nice hotel and wonderful location and convenience.
How much was the area of your room? 11 sqm?
@@missing1person not sure. It's pretty small. Good for sleeping. Nothing much

I got no political view on this hotel. I am just reviewing this hotel from a tourist perspective

The only agenda is what you’re spewing.
Don't stay on APA Chain Hotel, they're bad news
Why?

Instead of making everything bad, you could give some examples for better hotels / locations in the same price range 👌🏻
