Thanks Daisy! Thankful to have their support 🙏🤗 as strange as it sounds, it's my first time to Great World City since its renovation was done. Was a bit lost myself when I was walking 🤣 btw stay tuned for my upcoming video, I think you will enjoy it 😉
I like the experience i got by walking alone in Kim Seng Park at night, it's pleasant and safe feeling all along even without my Glock. Buildings at both sides of the river looks neat and really nice at night. Thank you for sharing this video. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Thank you so much for walking Robertson Quay...it is one of my favorites spots in Singapore to go enjoy an evening stroll and have dinner and drinks...I hope I get to go back soon.
I've been to Singapore a few times back in the day, and loved it totally. There are tons of things one can admire about Singapore. I've watched Lee Kwan Yew speak on RUclips, and have always been impressed by his sheer intelligence, integrity and vision. I guess what I'm saying is that I'm a fan. That said, what's with all these anglicized place names in a country that is 70% Chinese and practically 0% British? Robertson Quay? Clarke Quay? Anderson Bridge? Yeah, yeah, colony and all that, but dang!! Come on, guys....
Glad to hear from you and thanks for explaining where you are coming from. Mr Lee is indeed the father of modern Singapore and we own our prosperity to him. That said, without the British who came to Singapore in 1819, we wouldn't even have a sizeable port. The Riverside areas of Clarke Quay, Robertson Quay, Boat Quay etc were all founded and established by the British so credit needs to be given to them for paving the way 🤗
@@DiscoveryWalkingToursTV Thanks for not taking the comment too seriously, and I know the reasoning behind it. I must say, though, that of all the wonderful aspects of Singapore, this is the only one that strikes a jarring note with me, but then....if that's all I can complain about, Singapore has to be an awesome place!
Great video thanks. Just a question - I am a bit confused with the Singapore Arrival card (I am planning on travelling there soon). It is to be filled out "within 3 days of arrival" - does that mean you have to fill out before the 3 days (ie I can fill out 2 weeks prior) or do I have to wait to 3 days or 2 days before I arrive to fill it out? It is just the wording they use "within 3 days" that is confusing.
I checked the ICA website and its says you need to submit the electronic arrival card within 3 days PRIOR to your date of arrival. www.ica.gov.sg/enter-depart/entry_requirements/sg-arrival-card

I think the name "awfully chocolate" should change to the real plan I think it's "wowful chocolate", it's still like a Branding of like a Bakery anyway can be other names(baker's style recipe). It's like some don't match cheese and egg, some eat both together(even if not wish for it).
