_Thank you for your latest upload Alan. Thanks for giving us a look at the interior of some stores/outlets. An excellent walking tour mate. Good job Alan! Stay well_ 🇸🇬😃👍👌
As always, love your channel and walks. Booked to come to Singapore in June, and I’ve so many places to visit from your channel. Would it be possible to see a walk from Tiong Bharu to either Clarke Quay or The Merlion, as I’ll be doing that exact walk myself in a couple of months.
Thanks for the message Antony =) Will likely give a skip for a filmed walk from Tiong Bahru to Clarke Quay. There is an area in between that has some construction going on at the moment (as I understand it). Is your hotel or place of stay in either of those areas and thats why a video walk would be beneficial to you?
@@DiscoveryWalkingToursTV yes my hotel is in Tiong Bharu. I’ll be doing the walk from there a few times once i arrive as it’ll be a nice stroll for the day to get to the exciting areas
Tanjong Pagar looks good. it is fantastic that you walk both day and night as it is nice to see both scenes. shophouses in SG are so stimulating visually. my dream house! those lucky few must be so grateful they inherited from their late-late grandparents.
@@DiscoveryWalkingToursTV My favorite there is 감자탕 in 1박2일 (2days 1night).. It's really really better than Korea. 감자탕 is soup with potato and pork. You should try.:)
Happy to hear that Willy =) Its still a little shaky for me (especially the turns). Got to fiddle with the gimbal a bit more to see if I can solve it =)
If you mean someone coming up to me and asking if I am an enforcement officer? Nope. I do get the occasion stare and glance though. Nothing bad or abusive

Yeah some areas the day and night crowd are completely different. Always good to have a footage during both times 😁
I love korean food. Never know little korea here. Nice to know.
Probably one of the best places to go for Korean food 🍲😍
Interesting walk. Didn't know Tanjong Pagar is also known as Little Korea. Thanks
It started being a "recent" thing due to the many Korean eateries in the area 😊 quite popular amongst the younger crowd
Thanks for the recent video update. I've been to almost all the restaurants in Tanjong Pagar. Wish to back to Sing.:)
😁 You must really enjoy the food in the area. Any particular restaurants you would recommend over there?

Will definitely make a trip there to try!
@@DiscoveryWalkingToursTV Yes, right :) The 감자탕 was S$50 I think and good for 2-3 people.. Wish you enjoy :)
@@김영재-e2w Will bring my wife out to try tomorrow =D
Man this is so nostalgic - I miss walking around in Singapore!
Hope you get a chance to come back soon =)
This is very helpful. I am learning Korean and it may be a good place for me to practise my Korean language 😀
Iam Korean and iam glad that there is little korea in Singapore:)
Its a popular place to get authentic Korean BBQ =D
Last time i go to Singapore masih blum ada Little Korea.

Where exactly is little Korea in SG?
Its located at this area called Tanjong Pagar. You can take a look at my map route in the video description.
@@DiscoveryWalkingToursTV Thanks... I thought little Korea is in Holland Village area...
Like your videos. Camera held v steadily. I don’t feel giddy following . It’s really like being there!

Interesting).
That infamous crash site looks totally different
That's the infamous crash site at 1:35.
Thanks for the time stamp. I actually forgotten about the crash till I saw your message
Wait there is a Little Korea in Singapore 😳😯
Its an informal tag to the area due to the many korean restaurants and grocery shops 😁
Hi I am from INDIA Nice videos keep rocking. Can you make video on jurong west please
Which part of Jurong West? Boon Lay, Taman Jurong or Lakeside area?
Jurong West st 91 and market in street 91
Will you ?
@@gokulakrishnan9046 I try =P I got a whole backlog of videos I would like to film first. Are you staying the area?
Nope. I came for vacation in 2016 it was so memorable place to me and my mom like that street and the market. So kindly consider it. Fan from India 🙁
10:12 There is an old man exercising at night. Really sad.
Yeah some people just have to work very hard all their lives. I hope things look up for him in the near future
😭😭😢
What's wrong people working during middle of night???
Stupid question here, but have you ever been mistaken as an enforcement officer carrying a camera around?
If you mean someone coming up to me and asking if I am an enforcement officer? Nope. I do get the occasion stare and glance though. Nothing bad or abusive
16:42 i wanna know the song
I can see that unlike other Asian countries, in Singapore you can get by with just English, am I right?
Yes. The majority of Singaporeans speak English. Its our working language =)
I eat here a lot… mostly quite good the Korean food…
Same =D Got a few good spots here
whats the population of Koreans in Singapore ?
Probably around 20k Koreans (could be much higher as I am referring to an article by the Straits Times in 2014). Most are expats here
