Very impressive longplay. 100% items, no damage. I didn't know that you could negate the bullets by punching them or throwing batarangs at them. This changes everything, time to crack out the emulator.
Not an entirely 100% items longplay ... there's a batman ears icon (life) on the top of the lamppost they don't pick up, at 23:13! 😅 But I can't rememeber if I was able to pick it up or not... Not quite sure gliding was effective. An incredible playthrough indeed.
This is my big guilty pleasure when it comes to Genesis/Mega Drive games. I love this game, even though it’s so unpolished and brutally difficult. There’s just something about the uncompromisingly gloomy mood.

I liked this games first stage but it just got worse and worse the further you got into it. The sounds of enemies exploding is the most harsh sound effect that I will never forget

I remember playing this all day Boxing Day at my grandparents house when I was 10 even got a Gaelic coffee. God I could cry thinking about it. I always think about that day and just thought I’d look it up. I didn’t get past act 2 by the looks of it

I noticed a difference in strategy when combating with cat you're not supposed to fight her head on because she likes to flip and do all all these gymnastics movements towards you, so you jump down from one level back up to the other to counterattack and repeat. ( i never did that before). I guess at the time, i was being too arrogant, thinking i could defeat her so easily because im batman, lol.
For some reason this game has so much resemblance of Home Alone 2... Music soudns with similar sound fonts. Graphics also look identical in its semi-realistic style with mixed pixels. Same studio, I guess.
Wow!!! Go down at the beginning of the level, jump over the acid pits and fall into the first hole. Inside the level, fall through it as many times as you want to get all the items! Come back and comment here later!
@@2GOOD Ok, I don't think I explained it correctly. Inside the hole, the fall is eternal. Make sure you grab all the items before leaving through the side exit.
Til this day, i have yet mastered this game. The only trouble i remember having is getting past catwoman. I believe that is what made me stop playing it 😂

I'd argue about the "100% items" thing . For example an extra life was missed at 23:14. Still a great longplay though.

I had this as a kid, I don't remember me or my older brother ever being able to beat it. I'll definitely have to give it another try at some point.
