But then when I get motivated in my deen I start slacking in my worldly affairs... so my question is how can I find the perfect balance? Thanks sis 🥲🩷
hey sis i know this question isnt directed at me, but i would love to give you my opinion or advice. You should maybe try doing what you need to do step by step for example try to blend in both your deen and your work together, it really doesnt have to be 100% start little by little just so you could get used to it then later on you can do more and more. but dont forget the 5 daily prayers as those are a must. i dont know if this makes sense 💗

One thing you can do is try to win the week and not the day everyday cant be perfect and we cant do everything in one day but keeping a balance you can create a routine and be satisfied at the end of the week. The other thing you can do is always set right intentions before getting to your work in order to please Allah this way you can earn good deeds while at work. May Allah grant you ease. Ameen
