Back in 2000 having 600 hp was pretty legendary. My 300zx had Jim wolf 650s made 620 wheel My friend had a supra one of the first single turbo kits 550hp. Auto unfortunately Other best friend had an FD rx7 unknown power, probably 450 and other friend had an FB rx7 that shot un godly flames , even had a barbecue spark electric igniter rigged into the straight pipe.. Fuk those were the days 1000 hp was not even a thing. Not sure what your other guy is taking about. Maybe 2006 but that was reserved for real big block blown muscle cars Actually JDM cars with V6... 600 hp was the shxt . I felt like a God on westhiemer Blvd in Houston on Wednesday and Saturday nights 1 luv
