    I will save 750,000 - 1 mil as a nurse and then put into indexes and bonds, live on dividends, and while traveling everywhere! I have been broke so I know how to save money on car and house lol I was thinking about buying houses for rent like Herve is doing but I don’t like leveraging debt to acquire wealth…
    But first, I’m finishing this block 3✔️

    From washington, the rain isnt that bad LOL I like it! Just graduated and passed my NCLEX! Im starting in OR residency at 37$ non-union and dont have to drive into the city! I def want to do travel once I have experience or possibly move to California. Thanks for all your videos. If you can include more videos regarding taxes while working in CA. So many people are leaving California it seems.

      @Nurse Mayra only teaching hospitals require that you have a BSN to get hired but every hospital will take a nurse with a BSN over a nurse with an ADN any day of the week.

    Please interview someone who is a nurse in the military. May it be from the Navy, Army, or Airforce.
    Military Nursing seems to be the area i dont hear much. But its also the area i am interested to learn more.

    I cannot believe i actually ride this 1 hour out in one shot, but it was soo worth it. I need more nurse friends like ya lol. Invest & Make the money work for you & enjoy life in between. I have alot of similarities as him lol. I do travel & per diem & started to buy estate. I did lost money on a deal as I was a travel nurse & after I was pre- approved was then denied with the under writer & the sellers are holding my money; long story short, I am now in the court process 🤦🏽‍♀️. Also, my coworkers always ask me, what about your pension & my response is similar to yours. Great video.

      You're welcome! You can totally do it with a nurse's income. Just don't let all that money get the best of you because you could easily get into a lot of debt when you get too comfortable with spending your income.

    I really APPRECIATE this episode. I have my Cali license. I think I'm going 2 apply 4 a PRN job n Cali n 2023. I have 2 go back 2 ur video again & follow ur steps. I've worked n Cali prior 2 nursing, so I'm comfortable with Cali.

      Hey, look at Herve's uncle. He went back to school in his 50s. No challenge is too great. I know nurses that found a way to go to nursing school at night or online while working their full-time jobs.

      As a new grad you should be able to earn roughly $8k/mo after taxes if you don't work any overtime and stay under 40 hours per week.
