I would suggest making Firesticks and other components on the network static so the ip does not change on you during a power removed event for example. This for those unknowing can be handled in your router settings.
Is it possible to send apk's to different devices with this method. For example sending one apk to the firestick and one to an android box that are both on the same network? Thanks for your help.

Yes, you can create a connection to any device connected to your network.
