You guys honestly amaze me with your honesty and transparency every single time. I’m so proud to be able to say I use your products and I’m so glad I found you so early on in my nail tech journey. You’ve created such a supportive community where we trust you so much, and are so open to your advice, I think that’s why you would never receive backlash for making this change, and saying you ‘regret’ using the word. You are constantly evolving and growing and EDUCATING and you allow us techs to do it with you!! Bekka I’ve told you before how much you inspired me to retake my builder gel training as the first one i did went against everything I know you stand for and now I stand for when it comes to builder. I can imagine Laura having a huge note on her phone with all the quick replies to the hypoallergenic questions😂 also THANK YOU for continuing to speak on the airbrushing of gel. I’m still seeing huge creators in the nail world using it and not listening and it’s so infuriating, as clients see it and then ask us to do the same. I’m sat here trialing the new flash angel whilst listening and you’ve smashed it again🖤
I loved spending my Sunday listening to this! Thank you. I would love to see a mystery shop type deep dive in which you see what gel products you can buy without a qualification and look into their ingredients! As a fellow neurodivergent I love being able to infodump facts about the nail industry on my clients 😂❤
I respect the honesty of you all and your educational content and customer service is the reason i decided on Nail Order as a brand, and that was before I tried the amazing products! This new way of labelling is an amazing idea and simplifies things so much. The fact you kept Laura’s last comment in though 😂 naughty!

There are so many courses out there that unfortunately don’t have any info on these topics. I feel it’s so important when learning nails.
