Love your videos! So informative. Just subscribed and binged them all. My favorite ones are the viewings of different units with pricing. Thank you!
Thanks Jessica! Happy to have you on board!
Thank you for breaking it down! Definitely doable!
Any time!
Hey Hayley! This is so helpful! Can you do one for students especially international students? Thanks so much!
I'll add it to my list for a future video!
Your channel is so helpful! If you were going with a personal guarantor route (i.e. parents), could you use both of your parents to meet the 80x guarantor requirement?
That depends on the owner! Some will allow multiple guarantors while others only allow one for the entire apartment. You should ask right away while inquiring about an apartment.
Also, thank you for the kind words!
If you are getting a third party guarantor what is needed from them in the application process? Love this content very informative
They basically need the same documents that management does: employment verification, pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, etc. All depends on your particular situation. If you use The Guarantors then you don't apply with them until you have found the apartment you want to move forward with. Insurent however will give you a pre-approval letter if you want that peace of mind knowing you qualify before you even start searching! If you need any help my inbox is always open.
@@hayley_bailiff thank you for the information I have been looking to use the guarantors for my thrid party and wanted to make sure I have everything.
