Yeah, at 2:41 I meant to mention them but I cut out that portion accidentally. Nothing like pointing out the button but not the feature!! I appreciate your comment, thank you.
Glad it was helpful! Feel free to check out our follow-up review, featuring footage and testing from a recent Wisconsin snowstorm and a more in-depth perspective as well. ruclips.net/video/Pw--zIlfySw/видео.html
The chute is variable pitch, I believe I was able to get 5 different angles from it where it "locked in". I'll verify this evening and let you know! Edit: I got a total of 4 locked in angles. The chute will hold its pitch under most circumstances by itself, but there are 4 locking positions.
Do you find the joystick resistance/tension when pushing it forward to lower the chute top more stiff compared to left/right and back? I just got mine and wanna make sure this is normal.
Solid question Jeff. Yes, our joystick was more stiff when pushing it forward compared to left/right/back. I think the tension mechanism they use for the chute is generally tighter when adjusting the pitch forward.
I have to say… that this truly can’t be a “true” review of the EGO snowblower. There just wasn’t enough snow to give a valid review. Let me know when the snow plow leaves a 2-1/2 berm in front of your driveway…. Because the battery snowblowers on my street can’t handle it. And the homeowner ends up grabbing a shovel (and I end up helping out). So far all the reviews are people who are just huge “fans” of battery operated products. Mind you I have a battery operated lawnmower…. That now needs a $200 battery ugh….. but I like that it’s quite
We agree with you completely. Luckily there was a nice snowstorm in WI on 1/12 which we used to make a follow-up review with. The SNT 2416 was a real champ in heavy snow conditions, but feel free to review the footage. Hope it's helpful for you! ruclips.net/video/Pw--zIlfySw/видео.html
Wow didn’t even mention the heated grips

Thanks for the video. Just wondering if the chute vertical pitch is variable level or does it have stops at different angles and how many?

Did you have to set the tracks at all under the auger?
Thankfully I did not! That might be a different story for someone else, but all was well and in place on our side.
@@CBView I could see you hit some of the spaces, in the concret. you should adjust those skid shoes

@@CBView Thx for the reply. I was panicking thinking I was gonna have to exchange it.
