Daniel 7 describes Judah's re-emergance which treads down all around it[I will interpret it if you can not understand]. Straight forward & simple. I’m 61 years old. I was baptized as a baby in the Methodist church, however we didn’t go to church once our favorite minister left. I was about 6 when this occurred. I found you on RUclips a month ago, and I feel so good within myself when I listen to you. I’ve tried to live my life according to the commandments and I believe in heaven and hell. I’ve often felt that if I live my life by Gods word I will one day join my (deceased) parents in heaven. But now I’m confused because they believed the sabbath to be Sunday. I can’t imagine heaven without them.
Mary, Thanks for sharing.
First, God is a righteous judge. Though your parents may have never heard about the truth about the sabbath, God will not judge them based on that. God judges us based on what we know, not based on what we do not know. This is what the Bible says, Acts 17:30 (ESV): 30 "The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent."
So, if your parents had lived up to the light they had, they would be in heaven.
