The Blue kart is goated I gotta love it
While the stage is a massive 3DS, it kinda feels a bit crowded and underscaled. besides that, this looks amazing!

Mario kart 7 actually has this music for battles (i know because i own mario kart 7)
TBH this model sucks, there's a promotional model that got leaked of the 3DS that's in HD quality but you have to have autodesk Maya to open it, also this stage is very very small.
If you compare the Nintendo DS in Mario kart DS Is bigger and Better
