Love your videos. Please make a video on why you do your baking in glass rather than metal and on the toxic compounds found in aluminum foil and in parchment paper and why you use wooden bowls to eat off of.😀

Here's another suggestion you should let your herb soak in water instead of rinsing it like that. Because the dirt is heavier and it will fall down. You will see a big difference. I used to run a salad bar and when the produce would come in I would let my spinach and all that and my other vegetables in soak in the sinks for about 15-20 minutes and I would stir them around. And then I would take my salad spinner and spin the leafy ones. What a difference let me tell you how much sand was on the bottom of the sink.
I was also admiring the rainbow striped T shirt - it looked so nice and also soft and comfortable. Noemi - where did you get that shirt (and which brand made it)?

These rolls you did for breakfest gave me the idea to do some sushi for dinner - i still have some nori leaves left - i think i will make the sushi with rice, carrots, avocado and some tempeh as protein source. Yesterday and today i cleaned up 2 small raised beds and sow some seeds for harvesting during autumn and winter : wintercress, different lettuces, pak choy, arugula and a couple of kale varieties. Ginger, garlic and turmeric in the turkey would be like Indian cutlets. So yummy.
