Hi Crotchrocket, just picked up my brand new GSA; was going to keep my GS a bit longer (only had it for 8 months and done 8000 miles) but BMW did me such a brilliant deal at 3.9% APR that I couldn't resist. Absolutely love it and can't wait to take it on some long trips. Hope yours is going well; cheers Andy
I found you at random, because I also have a GS/A, but to find out you are friends with TheCrumble, whether that makes you a good person or not is for the public to judge, but in my book I see that as a positive. One of the best moments in my life was when I realized my XXXL modular helmet just fit in the top box.

Camo wrap looks really good on video! watch out for those auxiliary led lights... usually left one goes tits up really quickly... starts flickering... luckily bmw does great job replacing them under warranty! 👍just got couple of days ago replacement gloves for my 2 in 1 BMW ones that started to peel off on left thumb. 2 years warranty on gloves! amazing service.

Hi Crotchrocket, happy new year. Have enjoyed your series of videos with the transition from the GS to the GSA. Have just swapped my 2014 RT for a GS of similar age and mileage; plan is to upgrade to a GSA in about 18 months so I will be keen to see how you get on with yours as you're obviously loving the experience. Excellent video. I would love to ride a GS on my channel but I am to small. You can't even adjust the bike for smaller people so I was a bit gutted about that. How do you keep the wind noise off your micro phone. good luck and keep up the good work
+Buddy's Insight BMW make a reduced chassis height gs! they also do lowered seats, so you can get the seat height right down. My microphone is in the upper cheek pad, facing forward. near my temple! Thanks for watching !!
My 2015 GSA sounds exactly like your bike with the factory fitted can. But it only started sounding like that once I've done 16000KM. By the way, how's it riding a GSA in London, must be a bit tight? I use to live in Roehampton, so the route you took is very familiar to me and it was so nice to see it again and be able to recognise the area.

Please may I ask, when you had this Puig fitted did you use the Vario spoiler adjustment at all? Random question I know, it's just I'm after one for my GSA but can't decide with or without vario. BTW, your bike sounded lovely when you blatted past me approaching Burpham interchange a while ago. Safe riding and thanks for the Vid'.
When vuying the wrap was the standard 5ft x 3.3ft enough cover the full gsa pannels?
Hi mate just wondered when you changed the headers did you have to get the bike a power commander or anything like that? Was looking to change my versys ones for a bit more noise... If you did any guidance would be great. Merry crimbo
The camo wrap looks good - do you worry that it may harm your trade in price when you come to change?

No I didn't I'm afraid. Would have been lots of sweat and swearing ha!! It's a pain in the ass!!
+crotchrocket I imagined it would be a bit of a pain. Did you remove the panels and tank or apply the wrap with panels in place?
i removed the panels from the bike, much easier!
How do you get on with your leg? is your kliktronic fitted?
I'm a through knee lh amputee and fitted a hand changer to my drifter which works been on kliktronic for years but it packed up few years ago ergh.
+epic limp Hi mate. yeah alright thanks, the kliktronic works perfectly. The only time i ever had an issue with it, was on the KTM 990 as the gearbox was shitty and gears would stick. The only issue i had with one unit, was the solders broke where the wire goes into the cylinder, but re soldered it and it works fine.
Front brake discs look rather small?
+Samuel Wicks probably the 19" front wheel. They are twin 305mm rotors with four piston Brembo mono-block callipers! best brakes I've had.
