I don’t wanna be alone forever but what can I do about resisting the urge to self sabotage every single guy and push everyone away once they start to get close? ( like I avoid crying at all costs, it seriously makes me pissed off to feel that vulnerable) I only seem to attract grown up boys who leech into me like I’m a sugar mama which ugh I’m broke, I fear being “taken care of” for the vulnerability words to echo “you have nothing without me” and I think I want someone 50/50 but I really don’t know if that’s what I want or even good for me, I’m just a Casper Disaster Master (ghost pro lol) I know it’s unhealthy but I need direction here to get off this damn hamster wheel
I know you said you have tried therapy but sometimes you just need a different therapist. My psychologist has changed my life and I honestly feel like it's beacuse we click so well. She's like a friend but paid for and trained. Keep doing that inner work, I know it's hard I really do. The more you understand about yourself, traumas and build your self confidence the easier it is to grow and change. Be kind to yourself. Online research is also good.
