hi, no worries, recipe is in the description.
But will add it here too.
      Ingredients:
      2 1/3 cup icing sugar
      1/4 tsp cream of tartar
      1 tin sweetened condensed milk
      3 1/2 cups coconut
      1 tsp vanilla essence
      1 tsp rose essence
2 drops pink gel food colouring
      Directions:
Sift the icing sugar and cream of tartar. Add in the condensed
milk and coconut and mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture into two bowls, to one bowl
add the vanilla essence and to the other bowl add
in the rose essence as well as the pink gel food colouring.
Mix until everything is well combined. Press the plain layer into
the pan and then press the pink layer on top, smooth out
evenly. Place in the fridge to firm up about 3 hours. Cut into
      pieces and enjoy!!!

I've just made this recipe, the reason I chose it is because it is the most authentic. The others are more cheats versions.
