Ooooo this looks sinful! Thanks for sharing! Be blessed, today and always! =)
I'm a true native American and I tried your recipes, with this one exchange a half cup brown sugar for half cup dark brown sugar 😍 gives it depth
I used dark brown sugar too and browned butter! Yummo
The higher molasses count on dark brown sugar will make it great. I have always used molasses for my pancake syrup
what in the heck does being a "true Native American" have to do with this? and what is a "true" Native American? you either are you aren't, no?

I have made this fudge the other day and omg everyone absolutely loved it and begged me to make more. I made my second batch today and added milk chocolate chips to it and it’s delicious also and so easy to make. Thank you for the recipe Todd
I made this fudge today and it’s a fantastic recipe. I cut them into cubes and as finishing touch sprinkled a little fleur de sel over them. Thank you, Todd!
My mother used to make what was known as ‘Russian Caramel’ in the 1950’s with condensed milk. The recipe was in ‘The Modern Cookery Book’ which she’d had since the 1930’s. We loved it then and I still love it now!
Janice is it the same recipe as this?
Any way I could get that recipe from way back then?
I am a cook book fanatic and love to read them. I am looking to find a recipe for bread soup that my Mom used to make for me and my brother only when n we were really sick....like hooping cough or chicken pox
Is it from the Australian cookbook “bible”, that we all used at High School?
OMG... I've never heard of Caramel Fudge, but this looks too good to pass up; we're giving this a try!
Man after my own heart...I love caramel, only recipe I have with caramel is a cake, my my it is delicious, now I am going in the kitchen and get on this caramel fudge recipe , I know without a doubt it's yum yum, thanks for sharing!!
This is the only place I could find this. Thank you so much for sharing this with us! 💕
I love caramels! This is perfect 👌
THIS! No candy thermometer needed, yay! Thank you for sharing this & God bless😇!
VANILLA/CARAMEL FUDGE [American/Imperil conversions in brackets as best I can determine]
- 150 gms unsalted butter --- [American measure: 1/3 lb butter, aka 1+1/3 stick of butter, aka 10 Tbsp + 2 tsp butter]
- 500 gms brown sugar (@28g per ounce) --- [American measure: 18oz, aka 2+1/4 Cup brown sugar]
- 125 ml milk --- [American measure: 4.23 fluid oz, aka ~1/2 Cup whole milk]
- 395 gms sweetened condensed milk -- [one 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk]
- 1 tsp vanilla
Combine in pan & STIR CONSTANTLY w/ heat-proof wisk, over MED heat approx 15 minutes (it will begin bubbling at some point... continue the full 15 min while stirring)
TAKE IT OFF the HEAT after 15 min, then continue to stir another 10 minutes (to caramelize ingredients & firm up the fudge)
Scrape into prepared pan (greased & parchment papered)
Let cool & firm in fridge ~ 4 hours
Remove & cut into squares (may need to keep in fridge to maintain form)

Can't wait to try it. I Love fudge.
Was looking for something to use condensed milk i had for a while in. This was just the right thing. Really good.
This will be a Christmas treat! Definitely going to try it!
Inadvertently got Condensed milk sent to me instead of evaporated, during Lockdown. Now I know what to do with that condensed milk.😍
Put it in the crock pot with water just above it for about 6-8 hours and you get caramel sauce and I meant the sweetened condensed milk
If hes still a student do u think his mother will let him turn the stove on for 6 hours straight🤣
There ya go! 😊
Love You're Videos I Use you're guides sometimes for lunch and supper thank you you're the best cook
Def gonna try this, thank you
This looks really good. I'll have to try it. Only tip I have is that if you use vanilla extract add it after it is through cooking. Most of it will be burned off due to the alcohol in it if you don't.
If you want it to last outside the fridge just cook it for a bit longer, then when cooling and stirring it will rather quickly become the consistency of fudge, then pour into mold, refrigerate once and bag it up and mine keeps well in the cupboard. Pro tip is allow a tiny bit of burnt caramel towards the end then quickly mix it in with the rest well before removing from the heat, it adds something a little extra ;)
OMG! I LOOOOVE caramel! Definitely gonna make some. I have everything I need already. Thank you so much!

Best video I've watched for making fudge. No rolling boil & constant stirring while it thickens are the key to successful fudge. Other videos had pitted & crumbly fudge when cut ...
To save time, I melted the butter first w/the milk - much quicker. My arthritic hands can't stir for long periods of time. I also grabbed one my kids to finish the last stage of stirring process ... 😆
Absolutely delicious as well as beautiful! 😊
Wow! that looks yum!
I’m making this for birthday party this weekend! Thanks Todd. 🎂
Gorgeous. Have to make this. Thanks Todd.
Thanks for keeping the video simple and easy ad not filling it with useless info or startup banners and your childhood back story
and mostly for making great fudge
Fabulous recipe! I just tried it. It's easy and really good. Thank you for sharing it!
Finally an easy way to make fudge. Looks awesome mate. My dad had a go at making toffee once and it turned out quite hard but it was still nice and the aroma coming from the kitchen was pretty good. Great video mate 👍
I don’t know who doesn’t like fudge! Cause I’m addicted! 😀

I made this fudge this week. Followed your recipe and it turned out amazing!
My first time ever making caramel fudge.
I honestly the the sugar measurement was wrong because it looked so much! haha but it turned out perfectly and tasted so good!
Toplamda ne kadar süre pişiriliyor? İngilizce seviyem çok iyi olmadığı için o kısmı tam anlayamadım.
If anyone is wondering , it also works perfectly with condensed coconut milk :D so yummy!!!!!!!! my first time tasting a good fudge consistency since going vegan .. so fun to make!

Hi Chesla Bailey
just checking in that everything is ok.
We are still waiting for your review on your toffee.
Did you make it?
If you did was it nice?
Was the consistency consistent?
Did you stick to the recipe.
Thank you for your time in time matter.
This caramel fudge looks divine.
I was complimented by having the “best fudge in the world” thanks to your tips ! Thank you
Yum ! I really enjoy caramels and fudges, so this recipe is ideal. I might add a small amount of salt for salted caramel in some of the mixture 😋
Just a sprinkle of kosher salt on top before it fully sets...
Great idea!
OMG, this sounds so good!!!! I know my family likes chocolate, but I really hope they don't like caramel, so I can have it all! (Darn, the family poll said I have to share...)

Currently cooling off the the fridge. Can't wait to try it.
Fantastic! :)
Did it taste good? I want to try this.
Hi. Here in Brazil we kow it as milk candy. Our grand grand mothers used to make candies using milk, butter and brown sugar . They had to cook for hours to get candies. Even nowadays we make milk candies almost the same way. but, of course, using condensed milk is easier. If you add grated coconut you get a coconut candy.
This looks so good. It is Sunday morning at 8 a.m. I think I need to wait till this afternoon to make it. Although I would love to have it right this second. It looks simply delish !
I love fudge recipes especially fool proof ones like this ❤

Looks delicious Todd !
I just found this recipe and made it tonight. Holy SH!T!!!! It was excellent!!!! Creamy just like Carmels. Tastes like high quality Carmels. On the bottom of the pan I put broken almond and milk chocolate chips. On top I put a pecan half nicely placed. Everyone was in amazement!! I’m a baker but never made Carmels due to the time it takes. Well worth it! Dipped some in chocolate too. Wowzers! Thanks for sharing this recipe! I’ll make it again and again!
