Hope things improve for you soon - they really can, my son has been where you are and whilst he’s not 100% better, he has definitely improved over time and is finding some contentment and pleasure in life again. Please stick with it and try everything you can….believe that things will get better. I know that besides any other treatment my son would recommend researching treatments to suggest to your doctors yourself and also to search for supplements that can help the brain and hormones rebalance. i just saw a nose doctor for the first time last year after having breathing issues for years. after a couple appointments and a surgery, i breathe and sleep way better than i knew possible. so hope all goes well for you. also, totally respect your choice to take down those videos-- it's your life, your channel, your content. the only one whose opinion matters is yours.
