- Kelsea Ballerini has filed not only a restraining order against a former fan club member, but also a lawsuit. According to court documents the former fan club member is now considered to be 'disenfranchised" from Kelsea Ballerini and has allegedly shared unapproved property belonging to Kelsea Ballerini to 'numerous third parties."

Kelsey should have a permanent restraining order, why only temporary? I would do a permanent restraining order. This is extremely Awful ! It wouldn't be up to her, it takes a lot to get a long term restraining order. Hard enough in some cases to get a temp
