Beautiful! fridge! It gives me such peace when mine is prepped. I'm so happy you're channel is growing. Best of luck to you!
Your fridge shots are the best!!!
I love that you use veggies from your own garden. This video is helpful and inspiring. Thank you!
Yes it's cool that she grows her own plant foods because they are easier to access, organic (without the store prices) and taste better.
These videos make me so happy. It’s all so organized and visually appealing 👍🏼👍🏼
Another fantastic food prep video Chanty Marie and it's why you have over 4.4 thousand subscribers and each one is deserved. The recipes are yummy 😋. Love 🥰 the video and love 💞 Chanty Marie.
I love that you won’t clip your mic on your shirt 😂 you’re the best
You're a huge inspiration! Thank you so much for all the effort you put into these videos. ❤🤸♀️👍🏻
I just made broccoli salad last week when I meal prepped bbq themed food…I used tempeh bacon, vegan mayo, vegan unsweetened yogurt, pepper, green onions, & red onion. One of my childhood favs veganized.
That sounds amazinggggg!
Looks amazing!!! So validating to see someone meal prep and cook so close to how I cook. Thank you for this video!
thats great to hear!
I love love your channel- I would love to start eating clean like this to get off cholesterol and drug pressure medications. I really don't like Quinoa but will try all the other recipes. You should write a cook book!!! What I love about your recipes is that I can go to Aldi and get a lot of the ingredients- I don't live near a Whole Foods or a Trader Joe's. Keep up the great work- you are an inspiration and whether you know it or not- you are changing a lot of lives and the health of your viewers.
thank you so much for sharing i really appreciate it!
Try millet or sorghum.
I am a new subscriber and absolutely love your channel! You are so cute and funny and I love your content. Definitely going to try those nuggets and that tofu curry salad. Yummy!! Thanks for sharing your meal prep, grocery hauls, travel, etc. 😀💕
try putting a dish towel over the top of the insta pot right before you release the valve that way the steam doesn't freak you out
I love your videos!! Especially love your facial expressions while you're preparing your dishes. You are so inspiring and fun to watch! Thank you!
Well done!
The tofu/broccoli salad and your dressing recipe are spot-on! Great video.

I Love your content 👍 ✨️ FYI the leaves from the Celery has a HUGH PUNCH for any dish 😊
Great video! Thanks for shooting this meal prep!! So many good ideas!! Your a fridge is a thing of beauty😍
I just found your channel (and of course subscribed). I feel like I have gotten out of my "same old thing" rutt! I love your style and how "normal" you are. I've already shared with a couple of friends. Thank you for sharing.
You could marinate the tofu before breading to add moisture and loads of flavour.
That’s so smart!
So glad you're doing the SOS free! And I've been contemplating a separate upright freezer too, it's very appealing for serious meal preppers.
Sticks 😂😂😂 I love your recipes and I definitely have fridge freezer envy ‼️
Your face when you tried the celery! Lol - love it!! And, good for you for growing celery! I can’t keep a cactus alive. As always, loved your video!
This is my third time watching this! I feel so inspired!
New subscriber! Love your videos 😍 Especially the meal prep ones. Thank you so much 🤗
I love chanty
Love your recipes, thanks for sharing!
*tip: put the lemon in the squeezer flipped the other way 😉
Nice Chanty love all your meal prep videos lately! Your on a roll! Have you watched plant based dads videos? They have great meal prep videos with lots of great recipes!
Thank You Chanty! Awesome Meal Prep ~ And Great Knife Skills, too! I will definitely be trying your recipes for Tofu Nuggets & Curry Tofu Broccoli Salad. :-)
Great video. I'm glad you found something to stand on I was worried you couldn't see into the pot. 😄
Try adding some cooked quinoa to your tofu breading! It gets super crispy and is amazing!!!
thats so smart!
Good morning happy Thursday morning and I loved your vlogs and you are amazing Supporter and I'm proud of you
Those tofu nuggets look so good! Gonna have to try that recipe out
thanks so much! you can add a pinch of salt to the breading if needed!
Hi Chantt and Collie Wollie! Your meals always look so great and I wish my fridge looked like that lol I’ve been following you for years, I know you and Collin have been together for a while now. Any wedding plans for the future? I hope so!!! 🥰
thanks so much that is so nice to hear! yes we talk about it but no definite plans yet!
Great video, chilli looks great, I'm allergic to soya so will use butter nut squash, and for the salad chick peas
Great video Chanty! I miss your mukbangs with Britney!
You are so inspiring ! You are an artist of vegan cooking ! I wish I was that disciplined lol. It is nice to share the « mistakes » and the way you fix them. I always look forward to your meal prep videos. I would like to make some in French, my mother tongue. Merci !
That salad at the end looks good. I could see replacing tofu for potatoes. Love your meal prep videos.
Ohhhh potatoes!!! Great idea
Great stuff! Suggestions: fill the Instant Pot each time, cooking together ingredients that take similar cooking times. Store the resulting batches and create future meals by combining various amounts of the stored batches
I would have added a cup of red lentils to thicken the sauce.
thats a great idea!
Mmmm.....wow.....that's something. Tastes like a stick! You made me laugh so much!!😊😊
Great recipes- thanks so much.🙂
Your video of prepped food is amazing! You are fabulous with your skill and creativity.
I know you voiced in your video that you want to get a deep freezer for both of you to increase your food storage. Frozen food is in deed a game changer, but too much frozen food could get missed or just go bad.
Making fresh foods as you always do, is sooo much better.
thank you so much!
Tried your tofu recipe-it’s DELICIOUS! Thanks for sharing.
thats great to hear!!! :) the nuggets or the curry?
Tofu nuggets. They are truly terrific.
Out of all the cooking and recipe videos, yours always give me the most inspiration. I have tried several of your recipes with much success-including your tofu based ranch dip! I’m not sold on the low/no sodium but I am gonna try it out!
I don’t have an instant pot-should I adjust anything if using regular stovetop cooking? Can I also omit the potatoes, or should I sub something for them?
Love your videos, you have great energy and the recipes are realistic and inspiring!
thank you so much! if using a regular stovetop you dont need as much water and you can sub the potatoes for butternut squash or carrots! helps to add some sweetness. you can add a tiny pinch salt if you arent doing no salt!
So inspiring and great recipes. I literally have 2 crazy shaped sweet potatoes in my fridge that I wanted to do something with. This is a great idea...will try it this weekend.I like the liquid in the chili. That tofu looks soooo good. I could tell it was going to be good as soon as you started adding in a lot of seasonings!! LOL I've actually had the parchment paper slide off and didn't catch it lol. Woody Celery LOL!!!! Ok, I have to say, I told my daughter I wanted to meal prep a salad this week. This salad looks amazing and now I have one to make!!!!How do you reheat your frozen "nuggets"?
Thank you so much! I de frost them then put them in the air fryer! Or just microwave but the breading won’t be crispy
please provide shopping list with your meal prepping
Great recipes! I too needed freezer space and ordered one online at Walmart for $140. 🤭
OMG is that a lemon tree you have in your yard? 🤩
Just came across your channel and I love it!! Question, how long did it take to get used to no salt? I feel like food would be so bland without it.
thank you so much! i think after just a couple weeks you get used to it but im not really sure how long it took me exactly. sometimes ill add a small amount if i think a recipe really needs it but you get used to it faster if you just cut it out. i still have some added salt when i go out to eat and stuff but now restaurant food tastes soo salty to me its crazy how your taste buds change!
Wow I don’t know if I could do the no salt diet 😩 I could leave the sugar but salt 😬 do you miss it at all or does it get better over time and you just don’t even miss it?
It gets better over time for sure! Sometimes I just add a small pinch if it think a recipe needs it. But now other food from a restaurant tastes sooo salty to me
yum
That Salad looks awesome. Do you have the recipe written out? Thanks! I love your channel!!
I’m going to soon! Thanks so much!
Awesome
Good on you for promoting vegan lifestyle :)
I love this and it food is almost as beautiful as you ❤
Why rinse and drain beans if you’re cooking a stew like recipe? There are nutrients in the water…btw, I love how healthy your meals are!!
How did you transition off of salt in canned foods and seasonings? Any tips? lol
I just started one day cold turkey lol it tastes kind of bland at first but your taste buds adjust! If something really needs it I’ll add a tiny pinch of salt but the longer you go without salt the better the food tastes after a while!
It was Dutch celery you only use it in soups and mostly the leaves ..... yes I know this video was a year ago
Why no sos? Do you have a video on that maybe?
no i dont but i could make one! short answer i like to taste the food in its natural form with no salt or sugar and oil
can you get salt free tofu?
yes it comes plain without salt!
recipes?
I don't peel my potatoes yo.
Those are yams not sweet potatoes.
