Tua doesn’t make anyone better and he can’t out the team on his back like the other two QBs in the division.

Being a Dolphins fan, I would definitely NOT give Tua an extension! We never should have drafted him .what has he won in the NFL..hasn't won a playoff game, hasn't won the division..he just has great weapons around him, an even then he can't beat teams .500 or above
There are a few things miami has to look at when it comes to tua. Injury risk #1 is he worth losing a ton of money/cap if he gets hurt. #2 is his production. He needs to stop being a madden QB and actually read the field. If u take away his first option he's lost. And if he was so worried about winning a chip then money shouldnt be an argument. Miami should holdout a deal until the end of the season to see if he has progressed and then pay him accordingly. If he doesnt progress either let him go or do a 2yr contract and use him as a trading option
