Being a Bills fan in NYC, who drives to work and listens to local sports radio, the amount of cognitive dissonance amongst Jets fans is epic. Yes, they have a talented roster on paper; elite players at several positions. But the holes are so glaring, with coaching, continuity, no culture of being a winning team. Just last week after they lost to the Bills, you had radio personalities predicting the Jets would easily finish the season with 11 wins! Meaning they would have to go 9-2 over the rest of the season. Winning teams with winning cultures, who have been together for years, would be embarrassed to predict that, but not Jets fans. Say what you want about the Bills, they've had one blowout loss (to the Ravens this season) in three years. They are in virtually every game, with even painful playoff losses to the Chiefs the last two times coming down to a field goal or last second score. When you live in the real world you know how hard it is to win, to win consistently, to win the games you are supposed to win. Jet's fans are in la la land. Sometimes you win those you shouldn't, sometimes you lose those you should win. It's how it goes but if you have a "good" team, you adjust and rebound, exploit opportunities, and perform when it counts. The Jets have demonstrated zero ability to do this.
Everyone is afraid to criticize Rodgers. He isn't as good anymore. Tired, old, coming off an injury. GB didn't want him anymore! Rodgers will always blame others. Should have retired.
Rodger's "culture changers" after missing an entire season decided to take a trip to Egypt to get some pyramid power, instead of attending a mandatory training camp to get more reps with his receivers and support his head coach.
Rodgers has been past his prime for years. He only did so well because he was in a division with the Lions and the Bears. That was basically 4 free wins a year. That would almost guarantee him spot in the post-season by wining the division. And then you see how well he did in the post-season. He should have quit after 2021. His last year with the Packers was garbage.
Is there anything more "low energy" as Aaron Rogers speaking on any topic? His mono-toned voice gives an impression of disinterest. What he says with his mono-toned voice can lead to people not believing that Aaron Rogers believes in what he is saying. His calls for accountability last year have lead to examples of his unaccountability becoming a glaring problem. Look at Aaron Rogers speak, then look at coach Dan Campbell talks. Which person would fire you up the most? The Jets team have the energy of a brick, and Aaron Rogers is simply incapable of energizing them to any degree.
Packers fan here. This is sad… Rodgers still has a little juice left in him, but not like even 5 years ago. Even having Lazard and Adams on the offense doesn’t help, cause - hello - it’s the Jets. That Hail Mary last week at halftime was fun and vintage, but I really hope he hangs it up soon.

I wonder how long it will take til the other Jets players start looking at Rodgers with the side eye. I am a Packers fan but once he left GB I dont feel the same way about him. I am a Packers fan first. His last year in GB i was making excuses for him because he had a broken thumb. I still keep expecting him to turn it around for some reason but I am starting to think maybe hes just not the same player anymore after getting older and the injury. In GB he would eye the same receivers all of the time. Espcially when Davante was in GB too, and that cost us many times where he would force the ball to Adams when someone else was wide open. When things arent going good he has terrible body language and how he acts like he know EVERYTHING. Now that Rodgers is gone GB is running Matt Lafleurs offense solely and it looks like night and day. Every game he has some throws that are amazing but hes just not consistent with it how he was when he was younger. Hes still better than a lot of QBs but thats when hes on. And when the team starts losing i feel like he drags them down a lil more with his personality. I guess it just comes down to if you think dealing with what comes with him is worth it or not.
