Taking my dad to go see them live for my birthday in Tucson! Have been trying to see them since before the Pandemic, sooo stoked!
Got to see Lettuce at the caverns in Tennessee. After the show the bassist walked passed me and I stuck out my fist to fist bump him. I had a beer in that same hand and he thought I was handing him the beer. He took my empty beer can, thanked me, and never looked back.
Found this band by accident, omg, insanely awesome.

this is factual evidence in numbers that real music that is well crafted and thought out is overlooked by the masses and that all maistream music is just garbahhhhge with cheap melodies and marketing. bottom line u want good music u gotta look for it dont expect it to find u. lettuce is one of my favorites after binge listening to crush and fly in the same day after i heard this song was so into it LETTUCE4EVER!
I know no one in any generation who will deny lettuce as the cream of the crop of jam groups. People who like Dave Brubeck and Oscar Peterson all the way to electronic dance music. The beautiful chords of the brass and the funk of the sax is great. Drummer, organist, guitarist, and bassist all know what I want to hear. I love there upbeat stuff a lot as well but to see the saxophone player mix hit own synthesizer on spot,is really impressive. I could swear I hear a pan flute but I think it's just modulated sax!
