1100 is too expensive for an HOA with no amenities. These management company are gettting out of hand but this is something the builder has control over. My subdivision pays $450 with pool and tennis court.

2nd lot had a very huge nice backyard. The exterior of the house was pretty cool. Inside, I didn’t really care for the layout. Didn’t really have any character to it!
Great video! I like the layout of the house but the sloping backyard is a little strange. This house and the HOA are a bit pricey for McDonough and what you are getting. Hopefully the coming market will right this.
This house appears to be on a slab. Is it on a slab or crawl space? Also, ranch-style houses are great because of the one-level build structure which is very good for older people or those with a mobility disability.
House appears to be very choppy builder grade and finishes ,fixtures. rooms are small. The lot size is fantastic.My opinion the value of this home is just not there I’ve seen better with a lot more space.Thanks for the video I enjoy watching your videos .I will be coming to the Atlantic within the next few months I will be contacting you before I come.

You should consider wearing Shoe Covers or Remove your shoes entering new homes that are not the Model Homes!!! You’re walking on freshly vacuumed carpet in the bedrooms is a No.
No wow factor period no stairs no shando hanging no formal living formal dinning room no curve appeal for this money and its a ranch next not it for me period

You are correct.
Raymond has it reversed. The initiation is $1100 and the annual HOA is $550, which is still expensive for no amenities but not quite as crazy.
