Very cool. I used to snowshoe into some remote ponds in the U.P. of Michigan to ice fish for Brookies. Two hip replacements later and the snowshoes are hanging on the wall now. This brings back some memories though.
I like the review of the Forest city traps. My wife bought me a set that I also did a review on. I love mine, I got the standard but also redrilled the shaft so with less ice I can adjust how far it sits in the water. Also got the double flag and just got back from moosehead in which they worked out great.
they suck my ass. The trippers for the flag slowly fall down (if you buy a new one), the springs do this weird thing where they go into each other like a slinky thats been bended out, the new wood breaks easily, and they wont trip every once in a while
If you want to fish really spread out get some vulchers. Trust me, Wisconsin fellas know ice fishing. Game changer. Those "traps" still shoot a flag so it will work. Not as good as a beaver dam tip up but hey you guys do your thing.
Thank you for another great video. I enjoyed the run and gun on the machines as well as the fishing. Stay safe and tight lines.
👊🏼👍🏼🤙🏼
Beautiful spot. Fun place to test the gear, get the bugs out, and watch the flags fly.
It looks like you have that sled all decked out and ready to go!!
Cool day out. Always thought everyone went with the smaller flags so the wind doesn't keep tripping them. Thanks for sharing

Fun video! Can you post a link to the box Josh bought for his bait cooler, please? Thanks! Keep 'em coming.
Right on
You guys are lucky.. in Ontario we’re only allowed 2 lines and you can’t be more than 200 feet from your line
About time winter showed up. About a month late lol.
Currently waiting on the freezing rain to quit before we head out on our annual backwoods trip. Might be a sloppy one.
