I live in the Uk Have watched football/soccer for 17 years and American Football for 3 years and can already say NFL is far superior than anything football has to offer.
EasyEasy123 I'm curious, In the UK, whats the most popular NFL team. Like is there alot of Giants fans over there, Patriots fans(which would be kinda funny, because ya know, English people..fans of the Patriots.....Anyways), or its all just random.
Nate Bellido id say random depending on ya age, ive always favoured washington and miami, kids here in the UK just wear what they think is fashionable, most dont even know where the team is
Im a Falcons fan but It varies because people can choose any team they want as there is no team near here. Dolphins/Patriots/Packers/49ers/Giants are probably most popular.
Saw this the other day - MY ALL AMERICAN a 2015 American biographical drama sport film based on the life of college football player Freddie Steinmark. Under coach Darrell Royal University of Texas (1957-1976), compiling a career college football record of 184-60-5. In his 20 seasons at Texas, Royal's teams won three national championships (1963, 1969, and 1970), 11 Southwest Conference titles, and amassed a record of 167-47-5. He won more games than any other coach in Texas Longhorns football history. Really worth a watch.
It's the best representation on how much pressure is on a college program to succeed. Love this comment. Even if its almost a decade old it's still true.
they forget an old movie called the best of times..... Robin Williams and Kurt Russell..... it's about a guy who dropped a pass 13 years ago and the town never let him live it down..... so they get to replay it.... very good please check it out.....

Agreed. I think it's overlooked because it was a Christian movie, but it is just as good a football movie than those shown. You have it all. The coach losing everything, nearly his job. Inspiration coming not only from the Christian faith, but the perseverence of the team. A great death crawl scene (so good, the VP of my job showed it at a meeting to demonstrate the value of working up to your potential), and a wonderful, dramatic ending when the defense builds a wall and an undersized kicker gets providential help from a windy day. This movie rates with Remember the Titans in many respects and actually better in many areas.

That's a weird saying of Rebels. Ha, I think they wanted to show the small time bs, Midland Vs Odessa. That's reason why midland high was Marshall in the film. I think the only schools they mentioned in the LSWC was Lee, and technically there have been more games played by Lee and Permian against each other than Odessa high vs Permian. And to mention rivals Odessa high rival was Midland high before Permian and Lee came to existence and then you bring in the rest of the district which stayed the same for fifty years till that stupid ten team district that Uil made, still not as bad as the Ozona and Anthony district in the nineties. But yeah the movie got some stuff wrong like the demographics to the look of the town and to mention the games. And if Permian would won against Carter it was given they would have lost to converse Judson since we're cursed.
1. Friday night lights 2. The Program 3. Remember the Titans 4. Varsity Blues 5. Any Given Sunday Honorable Mention: Rudy, The Little Giants, The Longest Yard
I think When The Game Stands Tall should be on this list. For some people, they don’t understand the movie because they don’t understand what it’s like to win so much then lose. My high school coach lost one regular season game from 2004 to 2016 and won 33 straight at our school, then we lost the streak to our hated rival. The following year we went 6-4 and we missed the playoffs for the first time in 6 years and our coach missed the playoffs for the first time in 13 years. It’s tough fighting back from something as demoralizing as that.
You still did a good job despite my objections. You got a majority of the biggies including Little Giants. Great mention on that one. And the play up of Ed O’Neill as a former Heisman trophy winner isn’t as far off as you might think. He had a tryout with the Pittsburg Steelers in the mid 1960’s. He wasn’t great, but he was pretty good. Ed used his Ohio roots a lot in this movie. While there is no Urbainia in Ohio, we do have Urbana, maybe about an hour from where Ed graduated fromhigh school ( Worthington just north of Columbus.).
I love watching Remember The Titans because the high school where the movie was based on is one of my school's rivals.
They used to beat us in football too.

I'm glad Friday night light is first I'm from Odessa and I'm kind of disappointed that they didn't mention the rivals the bronchos
@@henryjw15 ok see I only know half the story so thanks man
Dude wtf the water boy in honorable mentions? That sucks bro
The Elmirah Express
My fav football movies
-Remember The Titans
-The Express
-When The Game Stands Tall
1. Friday night lights
2. The Program
3. Remember the Titans
4. Varsity Blues
5. Any Given Sunday
Honorable Mention: Rudy, The Little Giants, The Longest Yard
Why not North Dallas Forty?
This list lost all integrity when you included Little Giants
All The Right Moves? 6-2 Stack Monster.
That was indeed a great movie.
how did "THE PROGRAM" not make it not even a mention
I think When The Game Stands Tall should be on this list. For some people, they don’t understand the movie because they don’t understand what it’s like to win so much then lose. My high school coach lost one regular season game from 2004 to 2016 and won 33 straight at our school, then we lost the streak to our hated rival. The following year we went 6-4 and we missed the playoffs for the first time in 6 years and our coach missed the playoffs for the first time in 13 years. It’s tough fighting back from something as demoralizing as that.
The Program is such a great movie. Easily top 3. Varsity Blues is a top 5 and Division lll: Football's Finest should at least be an honorable mention.
Three of my favorites are missing: "Facing the Giants", "The Game Plan", and "Gus."
It's always funny watching these nerds at watchmojo try and do sports.
LMAO
where is my all American?
zyberzyber exactly. Best movie ever
zyberzyber it was extremely new then so no one had saw it
Isaaclarkeyolo oh ok
Draft Day was the only movie I saw back to back. As in after I watched the movie, I started over and watched it again!
