Saw these guys on this past Saturday and they were nothing short of absolutely amazing. Worrying about the fans well being in the heat and every thing. I really liked this band but after the show,I have massive respect for them. Can't wait for them to come back because with Trivium,I'm sure meet and greets are well worth the price.
Alex is such an awesome drummer but yet seem so nice! Jus love during capsizing the sea when everybody shouts Alex and he smiles and give em the rock sign!:) Love that guy!
I agree, when they first showed up with their first album, all metal community was saying they r the new Metallica.But I don't know I love them but Ax7 is the new Metallica I think, I think songwise Trivium is way better but Ax7 have more radio friendly songs and anyone can go to their concert but Trivium.. lastly, Trivim is Megadeth and Ax7 is Metallica

Idk what it is about the way Matt sings live, it sounds so held back and, well weak. The live show really suffers because of how frail his voice sounds. Screams sound great though! Glad to see him do them so well without Corey's help.

Theres a difference between the technique used live and technique used In the studio. You have to think hes got to maintain his voice for like 20+ shows. I saw them live last November and I hadn't even noticed it being that subdued.
that' s why the best era from Matt vocals (imo) is 2009 to 2013. Check out any version of Shogun from 2013, it' s beautiful and Powerful like it should be.
