Made this for the second time just now with the help of your original TINGA video, and it came out AMAZING as expected, but def gonna try this next time, since you cooked the tomatoes right in the chicken broth! I’ve made this recipe so much I have it memorized (I’m not a huge cook so that’s a big deal!) so yummy! I top my tostadas with cream, frijoles, Tinga, cilantro and of course queso fresco 🤤 Also, before this video I didn’t realize I could make my own tostadas! Which feels ridiculous writing 😂 they are so tasty with some salt 🧂 Thank you!!!
This is very easy and so good 😊 I used a whole can of chipotle Peppers 🌶️ and a whole can of chipotle sauce. It was too spicy for my 5yr old lol he was like it’s good but to hot for me so for sure I’ll make it with less spice. And thank you Claudia I will try more of your recipes!!!

I made your recipe today. I made it with a small store bought rotisserie chicken instead of boiling chicken breast. Plus I don't really like chicken breast because it's too dry. I just shredded the whole chicken, it's easier and gives it more flavor. I added the whole 7 oz. can of chipotle though, for more spiciness. It turned out delicious!

What measurements do you use for salt/pepper in the water to boil?
@kristinamarietx I don't measure, I just do what feels right, but I would guess a tablespoon of salt & pepper 😊
