I think disrespecting yourself is not being toxic..that is something everyone with a low self esteem and low confidence does. Yes, if you do it just to victimize yourself and seek others' sympathy, then that's toxic.
Ok so it's about before 1 year we were 4 friends 2 girls and 2 male friends and another girl used to make me feel insecure by talking before my male friends that she has a lot of of body hair ( on her neck and face about me ) and they all made fun of me ( specially the girl she didn't left a single moment to make me feel insecure) but now when I look back I realise that I was with such a toxic friend for 3 years . But now I am happier 😊
one thing i would like to add is self criticism is not bad as it makes you self aware and helps you grow in future but make sure in that process you don't disrespect yourself

And girls who even act cute in front of boys do the same and they be like, I don't put makeup but she does 🙂 I sometimes find it funny but that even many a times make me mad on them and that makes me drain my energy.
